Lucky lucky side bet is where the players two cards and the dealers upcard adds up to 19-21, the big side bet hit he had was a 21 and it was suited because Victor had a 16 of clubs and the dealer showed a 5 of clubs to combine for 21

I’m confused. When do you get paid on lucky lucky? You had two 20s. One without the dealer showing a 10 and one with the dealer showing a 10. I see it says any 20 gets paid 2 to 1 but you’re not getting paid. What’s the deal? No pun intended lol.
