Visa approved, but no updates after that?

Would like to share..one of my colleagues for the second time also.. rejected..they not say any reason..

B1 visa rejected for me before. Now I re applied.. Bio metric in Feb month and interview in March month.could you please help me ..what type of questions they can ask.. please guide me...
