Possibly first time I've seen steel toes used in these types of vids.
One of the best copies of a Howard rotavator i have seen for a while.

Ack weld parts together in all my year as a metal fab I never used welding helmet. You can tell by feel with out lookin
@@arnoldromppai5395 I'm not bad-mouthing you brother, and you're right you can weld by feel, but IMO, your just playing with fire and it will catch up with you, soon or later. And why should you?
By doing so, the quality of the weld suffers, as you can see by the quality of the finished welds, on the Lathe.

I recognize the skill imagine what these guys could do with the real Shop. However, you guys are permanently damaging your eyes you got to get a welding helmets. If you don’t already have cataracts, you’re gonna get those soon and your eye health is gonna to go down after that very quickly. Trust me I have spent over a year in the dark (Not Fun) because I thought if I look away and not into the bright ark I would be ok. That is false if your eyes are open your doing damage. Buy a good welding helmet and some boots at the very minimum. Technically your skin should be covered also but if it’s hot there i totally understand that one, but exspect alittle skin cancer that will need cut out through out your life. Learn what to look for so it doesn’t grow to big. Keep up the good work and work smarter not harder.
Im not sure they be better of a top modern shop, they have a lot of there skills as “natural” for work whit hand and eye. It was more an idea western learn step down from high tech and learned more of them.
Tbh I would rather buy one of them then one from tractor supply or anywhere else in the us

A jig table, accurate measuring and squaring tools, proper PPE, and appropriate material preparation would make a component that would last much longer and require very little true up work.

They don't need grease packed i was shocked to see them put grease on the gears. Thats what them big end pans are for if you seen the top fill hole an level plus an bottom drain plug. They are filled with 80/90 gear oil. You can't ship with oils gas feul oil. Use some common sense how things are made

Когда люди это делают на коленке или как здесь то качества быть не может в принципе. Промежутку приварил а на кой черт там гайка с другой стороны этого вала или поленились кольцо из пивной банки вырезать и герметиком мазнуть.? Таких косяков полно.

You can't tell me them welds are gonna hold no metal prep at all
They will hold far better then any of the local tin junk made in USA an Canada. When using 7018 welding rod you dont need much prep it flushes any rust scale out and it holds 70,000 lb per square in.

Eles Ñ se preocupam com a posição física para um melhor desempenho e segurança. Muitos serviços poderiam ser feitos em bancadas e ñ da forma apresentada já que é linha de produção, creio que isso traria mais produtividade para a companhia em geral além da segurança.
