I’ve recently listened to your audio book and subbed to a years membership on your app. I love that your book teachers weight loss by gradually bringing calories down and building muscle mass, rather than crash dieting gimmicks followed by rebounding, which is something I’ve struggled with in the past. I’m managing my calorie goals through intermittent fasting so I don’t feel restricted. I’m finally hitting goals, building strength and staying consistent. Thanks 🙏

    Watching you train has motivated me to stay more consistent in the gym with all this free time I have in my hands. I get so bored and depressed if I’m laying around all day so I’ve gone and trained almost everyday this past week and I feel good about it. When I’m not broke I’ll buy protein powder and invest in my diet more. I’ve been trying my best get protein and hit goals. I love it.

    hi Matt, I really enjoyed the challenge and it was great to see Sairs, Mauro and Luca in the video, and I tried coconut milk ice cream one time and it was delicious even though it is high calorie it has some good fats in it which is good : )

    My red shaker lid has cracked which I’m gutted about. My protein won’t even speak to me about the shaker as my dad ordered the bungle for me (combine for postage) please can you get a replacement lid sorted for me? 🤞🏻

    How did you calculate cereal's cals? 450*2.5 = 1125. And milk 81*2.5=202. Total 1327.

    Matt watch you all the time. Thinking about getting in the gym after a massive downward spiral over the last 5 years. Your videos have helped me loads.ive done a bit of gym before. 3 days split. Chest and bis back and tris shoulders and legs. Im 40 now but everytime i went the gym after the workouts. I felt like i never recoverd. Always sore always fatigued. Is that down too the wrong program please.

    I feel you with the boot. I had an op on the same muscle when I was in year 3 as I walked on my tip toes but recovery was awful and I hated it. I was in the boot for 6 to 9 months

      What is a mini cut

      @@pearlkelly6337 its a plan to cut the access fat if you were bulking without loosing much muscle and its called a mini cut because it is of short period like 3-4 weeks. A proper cut is of 2 months or more depending on your experience and how many times you hit a plateu.
      In simple terms its a fatloss thing you do for 3-4 weeks and then you continue your bulk ....as a result at the end of your bulk you have less fat to cut and meanwhile you won't look like a potato if you incorporate these. If you still didn't understand I'll say watch a video some channel have explained it really good.

    Is there a benefit to doing back + triceps rather than a regular pull workout (back + biceps) and vice versa for push?

      Nah, you end up impacting recovery as your biceps are involved in back movements & your triceps are involved in push movements
