Tiramisu eaten by hand (Feat. Rice Paper)

🌼Cooking ingredients
3 pieces of rice paper, 20g of castella, 50g of whipped cream, 50g of cream cheese, a spoonful of coffee, a spoonful of sugar, 30ml of water, cocoa powder
🌼I cook
1. Whip the whipped cream
2. Prepare cream cheese
3. Cut the castella
4. Dissolve coffee and sugar in water.
5. Divide the rice paper into 4 equal parts.
6. Put cream cheese, fresh cream, and coffee soaked castella on rice paper soaked in water and wrap.
7. Roll in cocoa powder
8. Pick it up with your hand. and eat
