@@gamebred5662 a trx is already heavy enough you don’t need extra weight. If you do either you have bad tires on it or, can’t drive a truck in snow. It’s not like the thing is light like a s10
Bed cover for the give away truck. For your trailer when you have them build a wall have them build a winch mount to it or in the tongue. In case you get a true broken down car or your off-road rig that has issues, especially if you are traveling alone.
i've been watching this channel on and off for 4 years now,. In that same span other channels have thrived and gain a lot of subscribers. while you still at the same amount Maybe it's too much of the same stuff and people are getting bored
The bed cover is so practical. I go to the beach a lot and I don’t have to worry about my surf boards getting stolen if I stop for lunch on the way home.
The BED COVER is practical and you can use everyday and night. [Think Security] 🏁The bar looks cool, but you can put aux lights somewhere else if you really wanted.🏁
Mike I would really appreciate it if you don't put the "Ram Bar" on my truck, yeah right. The cover at least has a function. Great content as always been a fan since video were you gave your mom the mini cooper or somewhere around then
I definitely say put the bed cover on it it makes more sense and it’s a lot more useful. Both of those trucks are badass and definitely dream trucks for sure.
RAM bar is cool, but the tonneau cover is so much more useful and helpful for a lot of people, especially for those of us who live in colder climates, so it's just better overall to go with the cover.
Bed Cover. No Ram Bar! Look at other options for a bed cover. Some the roll up covers are nice. They don’t block the back window when they are open. Bak and tuxedo are ones I have seen.
Put a winch on the front of that trailer in a box with solar recharging for a battery. Run a synthetic rope through the trailer wall. You can get a Freedom Winch Line from Bleepin Jeep and run it through some grommets before making the loop. That way you can keep some weather out of the box as much as possible and not chafe on the aluminum. You can then use soft shackles instead of metal hooks on your nicer rides.
Thank you for all you do with your videos. I'm an older man in mid 50's and thoroughly enjoy all your videos and even though I obviously never won anything or got a bonus in my orders, the things I order and videos I watch I feel like a winner so thank you to you Mike and your wife and fur babies and your crew. Keep up the great work.
I like the look of the ram bar, so if I win I'd want the ram bar. But everyone likes differently for different reasons. The bed cover would be useful when traveling, or even just keeping snow and water and leaves out when just parked.
Ram bar looks so cool, especially if you put KC lights on it, like those 80's trucks. But I gotta say, most of us would be using the TRX for truck things and so the tonneau cover is what I'd want.
Protect that aluminum trailer with something, the salt will pit the aluminum pretty bad. The cover for the ram is useful and the bar is only looks IMO 👌
Have been running aluminum trailers in Maine for 5 years now and barely wash them. Salt up here is BAD and the trailers still look new besides some bumps and bruises from equipment
Hey Mike, after reading some of the comments and their opinions, it makes sense to do the bed cover. I was going to originally say the ram bar for sure. But the bed cover is way more practical.
Get rid of the tri fold and get a regular tonneau cover then add the ram bar.The ram bar will work if you trim the inside bracket down.See it online somewhere.
The Ram Bar looks far better but I'd prefer the bedcover if it were my truck. Just better for day to day use. If I were going to offroad, I'd go Ram bar for sure. Maybe a push bar??
Put in the bed cover. The Ram bar may not be practical for some people especially if you have a low roof for your garage. Plus the clean look of the bed cover looks better and of course it has its practicality
I have the TRX launch edition with the Mopar bed cover and Rambar. They can both fit but you need to install the Rambar first. I think you should get the rambar because it gives it an aggressive look 🔥
Watched since the condo and the 15 hellcat....reason I bought my own....entered for the first time. Nothing cool to say, other than thanks. The only channel I watch that the wife likes as well. Take care, and have a great day
Ram bar and put a pushbar on it. It's a truck use it as a truck not a car. My suburban I use for multiple things such as an off-road rig, autocross, drag racing and first responder vehicle. I have multiple different setups for it where I can do everything. Different rims and tires so on so forth
I would say both if you didn't go with Mopar. But the bed cover wins over the ram bar. How do you think blue racing strips would look against the gray color?
For me, the cover would be best because I'm a hiker and would want to be able to have the closed area for gear. The TRX is cool looking either way though.
The Ram bar can save your life. I had a friend who rolled over in his Ford F250 and he had a bar. The truck went off the road on a rainy day and it ended up flipping facing up. The only thing that kept the cabin from crushing in was the bar. Just an FYI. Best Sir-Armando
I feel like the choice between the RAM bar and cover is going to depend on the person who wins it. Some may prefer something that looks cool others needs something practical.
Great choice on the trailer Mike! You’re making me really want to trade in mine for an aluminum one now! Btw I think you should order both the ram bar and bed cover then let the winner choose which one they want. I’m excited to see what’s to come in the future of the channel. I’ve been a subscriber since before you bought the c7 zr1. I love watching all the uploades since you dabble into everything that I enjoy. (Trucks, cars, off-road) Keep up the great work man!
Make sure when you have added the guard to the front of the trailer that you run rock tamers. The rocks and everything else will bounce off the trailer and best up your tailgate.
We do have our own statue of liberty here though... which is cool.
I live near there do u know the history of how it got there tho??
Why don’t you get your buddy to fab up a custom one for your truck like the og dmax
Ram bar looks.good, but not really that concerned because I'm winning the GMC
Bed slide out tray
On your ram do a 4 inch with a winch
Please don’t do the Ram bar. The truck looks so much cleaner without it and the bed cover is 100% useful
Nah, RAM BAR 😂
Same. Bars for me are for 79 club cab Ram Chargers.
I aggre dont don’t do the ram bar
I disagree…. RAM BAR for the win!
Totally agree. Ugly and purposeless. They went out in the early 90’s for good reason.
Side note: You make better truck commercials than the companies do lol 😆
Put the bed cover not the Ram bar. It makes it hard to get in lower garages and or parking ramps
The Retrax bed cover was redsigned about a year ago and made thinner to fit on top of the Rambar. Have it on mine, looks great
As someone who lives where there’s snow, bed cover would be way better. Keeps the bed clean when needed in the winter
Yes, but more weight in the back deff helps in the snow.
@@gamebred5662 a trx is already heavy enough you don’t need extra weight. If you do either you have bad tires on it or, can’t drive a truck in snow. It’s not like the thing is light like a s10
Bed cover makes the bed more useable and keeps water and snow out of the bed.
Bed cover for the give away truck. For your trailer when you have them build a wall have them build a winch mount to it or in the tongue. In case you get a true broken down car or your off-road rig that has issues, especially if you are traveling alone.
Mike you need to move to Texas! No more snow storms! Haha
Please NO Ram bar!
Do a bed cover it’s for usefull for most people to keep stuff try
After putting a bed cover on my truck, 100% put the bed cover on the TRX. I’ll never go back to not having a bed cover
i've been watching this channel on and off for 4 years now,. In that same span other channels have thrived and gain a lot of subscribers. while you still at the same amount Maybe it's too much of the same stuff and people are getting bored
Hey Mike definitely the bed cover for me .
I got both bed cover and Ram Bar on my Trx, looks clean to me!
How show a video
Ram bar definitely looks awesome but I gotta go with the bed cover
The bed cover is so practical. I go to the beach a lot and I don’t have to worry about my surf boards getting stolen if I stop for lunch on the way home.
The BED COVER is practical and you can use everyday and night. [Think Security] 🏁The bar looks cool, but you can put aux lights somewhere else if you really wanted.🏁
No Ram Bar on this one, It looks so much better without it. The Bed Cover would be much better.
Love the Rambar. If you can't have the cover and Rambar, then i say add the bed cover. It makes the truck much more useful.
No ram bar I think it looks better I love the bed cover very useful thank you very much for giving these trucks and cash away life changing 🙏
Mike I would really appreciate it if you don't put the "Ram Bar" on my truck, yeah right. The cover at least has a function. Great content as always been a fan since video were you gave your mom the mini cooper or somewhere around then
Not only does the bed cover give a cleaner look, it also is proven to help with highway gas mileage. So bed cover is a winner in my opinion
Dude. It's a trx. It's not even getting 15 mpg who cares lol.
I love the way the Ram bar looks but the bed covers are so convenient
Bed cover. When you get older, practicality always wins.
I definitely say put the bed cover on it it makes more sense and it’s a lot more useful. Both of those trucks are badass and definitely dream trucks for sure.
I like the bed cover.
Hi, Mike! Please use the bed cover. The truck already looks great & the practicality of the bed cover would be an added bonus.
I would pick the bed cover.
Do the bed cover. It cuts down on the wind drag and saves the gas mileage. Not that it matters in a 700+ hp truck, but every little helps.
My vote is for the bed cover!! So much more practical!
I would go for the bed cover over the ram bar.
Title says your moving south but no mention of it in the vlog.
He meant cause its cold out in PA😂
Definitely the bed cover seems like a better option. Plus more practical.
Ram bar is definitely a more cool add-on. But a bed cover is more practical for a daily. So gotta go with bed cover.
The bed cover is more practical but the ram bar is so clean on it.
I prefer the bed cover.
I like the look of the ram bar, so if I win I'd want the ram bar. But everyone likes differently for different reasons. The bed cover would be useful when traveling, or even just keeping snow and water and leaves out when just parked.
I would say wait until u have a winner and let the winner choose, cause depending on their location might change what they would want/need
Depends,, Ram bar lookS good, but more practical is the bed cover,
The bed cover is the better option
Great video Mike!!!
I prefer the bed cover because of its use and practicality.
Cheers 👍👊💪🇺🇸
A winch would be a nice upgrade for the trailer in case whatever you are hauling is not running at the moment 😂
Definitely would do the bed cover over the Ram Bar, I like the Ram Bar but the cover is definitely more practical.
The bed cover is better it have a clean look
Bed cover for sure I want to put my sticker right where the ram bar will be 😎 Thank you in advance can’t wait to drive it.
I would like the cover please
Ram bar looks so cool, especially if you put KC lights on it, like those 80's trucks. But I gotta say, most of us would be using the TRX for truck things and so the tonneau cover is what I'd want.
Definitely the bed cover ...
Definitely do the bed cover! Had one on my last 3 trucks and could not imagine not having one.
That wall you have put on the front of the trailer is going to add weight
Hey Mike, after reading some of the comments and their opinions, it makes sense to do the bed cover. I was going to originally say the ram bar for sure. But the bed cover is way more practical.
Great trailer!! Come on down south it’s in 70 today and sunny. For sure don’t build a House if you’re thinking about moving to a warmer climate.
Get rid of the tri fold and get a regular tonneau cover then add the ram bar.The ram bar will work if you trim the inside bracket down.See it online somewhere.
Upgrade the new trailer with more lights across the front and down the side, and underneath. Kinda like you see semis.
The Ram Bar looks far better but I'd prefer the bedcover if it were my truck. Just better for day to day use. If I were going to offroad, I'd go Ram bar for sure. Maybe a push bar??
You need to try the roll in lock those bed covers are amazing! I’ve had mine for 4 years and love it
As much as I like the ram bar, I think the bed cover is more functional. A Baja light bar on the front would be epic.
I think the bed cover on the TRX would be the best option personally. Some window tint would also be sick.....
I like the idea of a bed cover it gives more security since new truck tail gates lock and you can use the bed for storing more stuff😎
Put in the bed cover. The Ram bar may not be practical for some people especially if you have a low roof for your garage. Plus the clean look of the bed cover looks better and of course it has its practicality
I would pick the bed cover myself, I like the way it looks better than the ram bar, and the bed cover comes in handy for storage like you said
Definitely the bed cover. I think people would rather have the practicality of it.
The bed cover makes more practical sense for carrying lots of items
Bed cover will have more usage any, yes practical. Maybe add some led lighting inside the bed for night usage 👍
Take care, and have a great day
No Ram bar.
That trailer is nice! The aluminum trailers are awesome and when you add the front piece it will be perfect for hauling nice vehicles.
I think the bed cover is much more useful to me. It adds safe and dry storage solution.
I say bed cover. They are so useful. Congrats on the new trailer. You def needed and deserved the new one.
Just placed my order, thanks Mike for the options: Bed cover please!
Ram bar and put a pushbar on it. It's a truck use it as a truck not a car. My suburban I use for multiple things such as an off-road rig, autocross, drag racing and first responder vehicle. I have multiple different setups for it where I can do everything. Different rims and tires so on so forth
I definitely think you should put the bed cover. People will get way more use out of that then the ram bar.
Atta' boy..... stepping up your trailer game. They pull so smooth compared to a steel trailer.
I would say both if you didn't go with Mopar. But the bed cover wins over the ram bar. How do you think blue racing strips would look against the gray color?
Yes!!! Finally got a nice trailer!! Best investment ever buddy. Congrats!
Bed cover 100% actually provides a use more than just clean looks
For me, the cover would be best because I'm a hiker and would want to be able to have the closed area for gear. The TRX is cool looking either way though.
The bedcover is more useful! Plus it’s going to be a no go for rambar getting into a standard home garage
I would've kept the old trailer for my 4x4 rigs. And this one for the fancy.
I really like the bed cover. I have one on my Colorado. It is a great addition.
Definitely do the bed cover. So much more practical
The Ram bar can save your life. I had a friend who rolled over in his Ford F250 and he had a bar. The truck went off the road on a rainy day and it ended up flipping facing up. The only thing that kept the cabin from crushing in was the bar. Just an FYI. Best Sir-Armando
Do the bed cover. That’ll be more practical for everyday use
mike, as a welder/fitter/fabricator, you’re going to want that wall on your trailer to be able to bolt & unbolt for the different seasons & vehicles
Please put towing bags on your ram to level you out when you are towing!
keep the bed cover, add roof rack and install some off road lights.
I feel like the choice between the RAM bar and cover is going to depend on the person who wins it. Some may prefer something that looks cool others needs something practical.
You should think about putting a winch in the front wall of the trailer, could be very useful at some point.
I think the bed cover is definitely the way to go. The ram bar is cool, but the practicality outweighs the cool factory in my book.
Make sure when you have added the guard to the front of the trailer that you run rock tamers. The rocks and everything else will bounce off the trailer and best up your tailgate.
Again late to the party, but get that trailer coated. I can’t remember the product, but it’s helps keep the aluminum shiny and not looking like crap.
Definitely bed cover. RAM bar is cool, bed cover is useful.
Bed cover all the way, as they are so handy to have. Look at the hard roll up covers. Way nicer and more durable than the tri-fold.
