Made this today and it was really good!! I used lean ground turkey, added a little bit of cream cheese and mayo in the meat mixture. Also used potato bread sliders. I didn't have the everything bagel seasoning but it still turned out delicious!!

We got a foot of snow since yesterday and another foot is on the way. I made these for lunch today after Hub was done snowblowing. HUGE hit!!! Delicious, and so easy to make.
Here is a tip for removing the extra grease: Move the hamburger to one side. Take a pair of tongs and some folded up paper towels. Press down let it absorb as much as you want. Straight into the trash can. Easy peasy and less clean up 😀
You are correct laura , the sharp cheddar cheese is a bit much for cheeses burgers, i think american, has just the right flavor, however maybe mild cheddar might work. I have never tried it though, you have a beautiful smile, i also love your laugh, and you are an amazing cook!

I just tried this with my favorite breakfast food. I like to cook sausage, then scramble eggs into it, and eat it on bread. But it's not a perfect blend, and doesn't hold together the way I'd like. However, this time I added the cream cheese in between. It worked so well, and it was so tasty. The "cheese glue" tip is truly inspired. Thank you!
The brand Castle makes a “pickle everything but the bagel”. It would be great in that too. I love everything but the bagel seasoning. Omg that looks delicious.
