今年回到山上茶廠拍攝紀錄製茶過程，簡單介紹分享給大家觀賞。
不管任何品種的茶葉，其實製作過程都是非常的繁雜，都是製茶師傅多年傳承下來的心血與結晶，絕對不會是字面上所能敘述的這麼簡單，希望讓您藉由這個影片，能更加了解台灣製茶多年來所辛苦流傳下來的製茶過程。
This year, I returned to the mountain tea plantation to capture and document the tea-making process, providing a brief introduction to share with everyone. Regardless of the tea variety, the production process is intricate and a result of the dedication passed down through many years by tea masters. It is far from being as simple as described literally. I hope this video allows you to gain a deeper understanding of the painstakingly preserved tea-making traditions in Taiwan over the years.
