Your videos are so calming to me. I just wanted to write this when you said yourself that this process of journaling calmes you and your head stops spinning. Even through the screen, I absolutly get the same effect.
I took off this week for my kids' fall break and one of the items on my to do list besides having fun is to clean off my desk and re organize my office so that I can comfortably work and to really enjoy my space. I think its always good to do this a few times throughout the year. Things always seem to accumulate somehow. I found this video very relaxing.
Yeah, I'm expecting the same struggles. But it's not something we cannot overcome. So I'm looking forward to trying the new format. It will spice it up for sure.
Have you ever seen any of the discussion on how your outer world (I.e. your car interior, your desk, you bedroom, etc..) and their state is a mirror of the mind and the “inner self”. I vaguely remember a long time ago someone saying that if you want to see how a person’s mind is at any given day, look at the interior of their car… or something to that effect. All of that to say that I know that I am feeling “chaos” inside or I want to find a peaceful path forward, I have to clean my desk, or my email inbox, basically my surroundings. When I was little I couldn’t figure out where to start cleaning and tidying my room until I had made my bed, and then once that was done, I felt like I could start. So now as an adult, I see that happen a lot. I have to clean up physically (or digitally) before I can create and do something new. It is odd, but true….
If you have too many stickers, send them over! I have never done journaling and this weekend decided to do a health journal 2025 to help me keep my goals that I need to keep under control, and noticed that I only have stamps hahaha so the journals will be simple 😂
Watching and thinking about how differently I journal if it’s in real-time versus more backjournaling/backplanning… I’m not sure yet if I actually have a preference. Real-time feelings versus more reflections after the fact can be so different… hmmmm 🤔

I am going back into the TN size for my journal for next year, up from a6. I always struggle to adjust at first!
