I was hired as a owner operator came back as a company driver I wasn’t paid for either position they left me stranded in Alabama because they didn’t wanna pay me so they told the repair shop not to give me the keys back most of they’re trucks has mechanical issues they didn’t answer they’re phone I was stranded in Alabama sleeping at the gas station until I could come up with enough money to pay for a bus ticket home they have the nerve to still contact me asking me to come back and work for them like nothing happened STAY AWAY!!!

Even if you're governed at 75 mph, it's damn near impossible legally. 75 an hour at 11 hrs straight driving is only 825. But you can't do 75 the full 11 unless you're you are parked on the side of the interstate and end up on side of interstate. Then you've got docking, fueling, shippers, receivers, etc... On a day really pushing it, i get 650 and that's normal for most OTR. I'm curious to see how he ages there after talking shit about Swift, Prime, and everyone else
Who said anything about it being legal? The 11/14/34 system is designed to not allow a driver to make money, to stabilize the economy or try and fix it. Its all BS, and only the weak sheep minded people follow those steps and then complain about not making any money
