In this video i am gonna show you "How To Make 12V Battery From PVC Pipe At Home" and its very easy to make this powerful 12V rechargeable battery at home . This 12 V rechargeable battery is made from Lithium batteries which are of 2200mAh each .So the 12V battery is also 2200mAh itself. This Homemade 12 V battery is long Lasting and very Good in performance .
This rechargeable 12 V battery is easy to charge using B3 charger and this battery is very small that you can carry it in your pocket. This Powerful rechargeable 12 V battery is very useful in some gadgets like Drill Machine, Angle grinder and Also you can use this homemade battery in toys Like RC car, RC Boat and RC Plane.The things i have used for making this 12 v rechargeable battery are easily available.

Where is BMS ( battery management system ) ???
This is very important for rechargeable batteries.
In addition, these 3 battery cells generate more than 12V since one of them has a maximum voltage from 4.1 to 4.2 Volts at 100% charge.
I was wondering the same question...
Linked to a drone without safety it can burn... Except if he works under low voltage compared to those 12V
Right..That´s why i use a special chager that has an integrated balance charging system.. Like IMAX B6 or someting like that.. Is the safest way to load..
Since i use used cells, i quickly had to learn that a special charger should be used for this..

Next time check the batteries that they are the same voltage. You don't want a loa charged one and add a bms. Good project comrade!

What about over discharge,over charge and short circuit protection... where is the protection circuit?
The charger used in this video is the lithium ion battery charger. It itself has overcharge protection. If you want to protect over discharge and short circuit ,then you have to add bms

But when the battery is discharging when connected to a load it is good to have a bms for the battery pack.
If the battery is accidentally shorted while using then it may get damage.

@@omkarkhade4602 yes, it has only overcharge protection because the output of the lithium ion battery charger of 3s is 12.6 volt, it can not charge over that. Also it has indicator to show whether it is fully charged or not, but if we want to add overload, short circuit and over discharge protection, we can use 3s bms

3s battery configuration dosen't need Diagram. The first battery positive terminal should be connected to the secound battery negative terminal. Also the second battery positive terminal is connected to the third one's negative terminal. That's it. The first battery's negative terminal is one end and the third battery's positive terminal is the other end. If you put voltmeter on them it will show around 12 v
Instead of connecting wire (released from old DVD player) can we use charging port? What will happen if balancing wires are not connected to battery?
Every battery charged capacity will not balanced and it could damage cell 1 and cell 3 because overcharge

I Liked the PVC pipe technique!.
However,
1. Adding a BMC circuit should have been better.
2. Use a flywheel diode whilst using Motors , since its emf can produce high voltage back current, which is not good for batteries..(Adding a BMS would Save you here as well !)
