If you read my description, at the time that i made this video i didn't have Macne Petite. It wasnt until some time later that i was able to obtain her. I also know that Sasayaki is the Magical Girl form of Petite for i have read through the character descriptions on the Macne website. While that is true, you still have these comments unaddressed. But... You also are illegally passing UTAU vocals around in this comment section. Personally I don't blame that happening, a lot of people early on thought "open license" meant you didn't have to own them, I have no idea why this was the mistake. There is also the fact most UTAUs are free so presumptions are made on that department. Why those links are a couple of years old, you still had them up.
While I will not disagree with the fact that me sharing their voicebanks is illegal, I do feel that its the only way to keep their UTAU voicebanks out there for those who didn't get the chance to actually purchase them. I have paid for at least one of the voice banks, Nana 2s. But the others were given in a trade. Trading doesn't make it any less illegal in the sense that they were supposed to be paid for. However, being that these voicebanks have for a long time been unattainable, they would possibly be forgotten and become more and more unused if it weren't for the people who wanted to keep the Macne voices "alive". Even tho you aren't supposed to just give these voice banks out, it kind of keeps these characters alive in a way by allowing people who weren't around for the original releases that were only available, to my understanding, for a short period of time. When i first learned of them, i managed to randomly find Papa and Nana's lite voicebanks in Google search which sparked me being able to trade them later for Coco's lite banks then eventually get everyone's full voices from someone who became a good friend. Even tho i've been into the Macne's for so long i was only ever able to see the release of Nana and Petite 2s and the release of Sasayaki (which i downloaded the free version of Sasayaki when it was on their website) before Nana became a Vocaloid and all UTAU products would be gone forever. I don't know the exact date of the other's releases, but to my understanding i was many years too late on having the chance to properly purchase the others, which i would have if i had the opportunity to.
Erm… This is not a fair trade. If you do have the original Petit, then you are swapping a vocal that's 1/3 the size of Coco for a full sized voicebank, since Petit was the "Lite" version of Nana. She had no treble or bass range in her very first outing, since he was meant to be a cheap version of the vocal. You basically paid half the price for Petit compared to Nana, and if you owned Nana you didn't need Petit. I suspect you have the later version of Petit, which many have, then its not so bad of a trade. But if still is the original... Then as I said its not a fair trade. They did correct this later and Petit received a unique set of treble and bass samples for free, which meant when she was converted into Nana she sounded different. Because of her missing sounds, Petit had issues with pitch and was often lower then Nana, there simply was no counter keys to balance out the vocal. By the time Petit is released as a 2S vocal she is a fully ledge character. Petit has a really interesting history, since she just was a mini-version of Nana, she then becomes her sister when the Coco twins are added.
You don't have to read them you know, you could just pass over them. Plus it also means that you would rather people look stupid it seems then be corrected and prevent them making the mistake again. Correcting someone points out a flaw that can prevent them looking stupid in the future or humiliating them in front of fans who know this stuff. I find it strange how you don't care about the well being of your fellow fans. You remind me of the Vocaloid Otaku forums who did the same, but this was so they could laugh at newbies who didn't know what they were talking about and poke fun of them. I'd rather avoid that happening, as I don't like the idea of giving such fans fuel to bully other fans with.
Yep! Coco was originally just supposed to be one character (Coco White) but was redesigned into 2 separate sisters. They're both voiced by the same person but in different key's and styles. Macne Nana, Petite and Sasayaki are all voiced by the same person also!
Actually, they were always meant to be twins, Coco white was named in a way to hide the fact Black was being made. Black's concept was made at the same time as White's, but they released them different because Whtie's completed first. Their designs were made side by side to stimulate the ying-yang effect. At the start it was unknown who would end up with a white dress or black dress, or who would end up with the darker or lighter skin. Then cryptic purchased her and made her for V3 then updated her into V4. But all the thee characters were sadly left behind. Except for petite, but that’s only because she and nana have the same voice provider
Galial Woods UTAU Yes! Vocaloid no... the UTAU program is free and you can easily make your own voicebank by using audacity. But Vocaloid undergoes a very specific production process that’s unique to their company. Different affiliated companies have made voicebank a that aren’t crypton inc brand such as Yuzuki Yukari and Lily. They’re owned by different company’s that work with the Vocaloid program and company. You can look up tutorials on how to make voicebank a for UTAU tho! I’ve made a couple myself :)

When the Macne's became a family unit Petit became her own character as the youngest daughter of the Macne family, so she was no longer the mini Petit, her name became at this point "Macne Petit" instead of "Macne Nana Petit" for this reason. A new set of treble and bass range samples were recorded for her. These were offered as a free download to those who had the original Petit package. If you transferred all of her normal, bass and treble samples into UTAU, Petit at this point did not sound like Nana for this reason. Their core samples were the only shared range. The also re-released the bass and treble because... They screwed up a bit so there are 2 versions of these ranges for this reason. Its not the first time as they had to pull Coco black and Papa for improvements, Papa has not returned. The 2S versions of Nana and Petit are unique and they have their own set of samples (edit; though I think they still have the same core samples, only the treble and bass are unique, though I'm not sure the 100% story on this). Petit is a softer version of Nana. "Angel Whisper" is also a Petit voicebank as this is Petit in magic girl form. Nana was meant to have a counter "devil" theme form but they cancelled it when the Macnes transferred into Vocaloid.
