    Man your really cranking these out. I enjoy watching them quite a bit. The rice you used today, is it naturally a shorter rice or is it a polished rice like they would use in sake making?

      Many thanks for your comments as always and question! The rice is different from normal short rice or ingredient for Sake but it's normally called glutinous rice or sticky rice which Mochi is made from. I hope this helps you!
