I'm still wondering why the LGA extension isn't part of this project. It honestly makes perfect sense to extend the line to LGA airport terminals from the Jackson HTS station,or even rebuild the unused station platforms already built into the structure for mainline transfers. The Airport route could stay on the surface, make a stop near the 74th st complex, then continue towards the airport. It certainly beats out the ridiculous "reverse Airtrain from Willis Point". Not to mention leaving room for expansion. While This is a drop in the bucket to get the ball rolling,it IS only a drop after decades of neglect by the City of New York. Manhattan and Queens has received new subway since the late 1960's, while Brooklyn, the Bronx has steadily lost rapid transit service. Staten Island never received Any from the "City". So even considering that this will be the largest single piece of rapid transit to be built in a very long time, And I am actually happy And excited to see the MTA Give SOMETHING TO THE "OUTER BOROUGHS" besides lousy service. Yes,we all know that the line has to be renovated to support new services, new stations to build, and transfer complexes established. It will be an exciting time for everyone. Especially the passengers who are waiting for this line to finally come on line.
Just exsted the N W trains to LaGuardia Airport if they are not planning on bringing the Air trains to LaGuardia Airport and they have the N W trains right there and they could definitely run on a concrete structures to LaGuardia Airport.

If they are definitely ordering new R211/As/Ts/S for Staten Island rail ways and the BMT IND lines and the R262/As open gangways and close ways for the A divisions iRT lines they better start making plans to extending some of the extra subway elevated lines and having new iRT lines to run on the older second Avenue elevated line in Queens to Queens plaza to transfer to the 7 11 N W trains.

The 6 Pelham could definitely be extended to co op City and the 8 third Avenue elevated line could definitely come back to the boggie down south Bronx Tremont Webster clearmont Boston central Ave Bronx and under ground to Battery park place or south Ferry connecting to the 1 9 R W trains. The 7 Flushing line could definitely be extended to Bayside and 14 street Hudson yards and the 11 trains to 20 college point Whitestone elevated and 14 street Hudson yards.
The IBX light rail should run in between St. George Terminal in Staten Island to City Island to run in Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx if the MTA find the funding. I believe The Bronx and Staten Island are being forgotten about having the IBX light rail.

(1) Train to Yonkers and South Ferry Loop line and the (9) Train to extend to Riverdale Wildo Avenue in The Bronx and extended to Park Slope 4th Avenue/9th Street Station in Brooklyn, transfer to the (F), (G) and (R) Train's. The (6)/(8) Train's should be based of Westchester Yard use Bombardier Transportation Car Company R62A's. The (7)/(11) Train's should be a 12-Car Train that should be a 12-Car platform to New Jersey.
