I would def get a silicone nail mat. You can use it for regular polish, gels, acrylics! So it all... lol It's how I practiced before actually doing my own nails.

I agree with Jasmine Parks. Either way is great. On ombre slow is better because you can watch the technique slowly and learning how to pick it up. Also you explaining was great. Can you please do a video with a 3 color ombre?

May I ask you or your followers what acrylic you'd recommend for a complete beginner? Don't want to spend a ton of money for something I'm practicing with....however I have learned through your videos and others, that you get what you pay for with acrylic. Just need my own little beginner kit of brush, acrylic, monomer, and tips. Thank you!
