She mentioned in previous videos that her left hand usually takes about 2 hours, start to finish. She does her right hand off camera bc she can move faster that way and doesn't have to check the camera for filming.
Both hands take around 3-4 hours on average :)

She can, yes. She keeps the sets she has made in a binder! Jou doesn't like to wear sets again though, but you totally can use nail glue to just stick an old set on again :)
