Kansai (Osaka metropolitan) people is full of eccentric & bubbly Japanese. It's Tokyo that is full of cold & distant Japanese, although they become eccentric by midnight when you catch them drinking til they pass out. LOL.
Hokkaido is just food heaven. The sweetness of the seafood, coupled with the super cold weather and great hospitality is totally priceless. Definitely will go again.

It was a great experience to watch sea food in Sapporo, Hokkaido shown by you. I also worked with one the the best Worldwide known chocolate brand Royce from Sapporo, Hokkaido itself for more than 2 years. Love to visit the city in near future to explore the sea food. Lots of love from here in New Delhi, India.
