Penn is so respectful and non judgemental to everyone he comes in contact with, and his workers are the hardest working ppl ever!!
Cute house. So sorry he got evicted.
Renter didn't see the writing on the wall😂 gotta pay the rent! At least they had batteries in the smoke alarms
Looks like a nice neighborhood
I thank God for my dislike of the taste and low-tolerance for that stuff
Othniel one I just love saying your name. It's a beautiful name. You are very gracious to the people that you come in contact with. Your crew is really wonderful. Good people and boss 😊
I like it too , his name, I had never heard it before. Beautiful name for a beautiful soul ❤
I don't know why anyone feels bad for this scenario...?? He didn't get hit with an act of god. He got hit with reality of "all play and no work makes you homeless"! If he was a disabled person he'd have help, mental problems again we help, simply wants to drink and not pay get on with your stuff! I don't have much sympathy for people anymore, life is definitely showing me very few people live honorably, have morals, or are good people. Why do we have such empathy for a person who does nothing and expects to be taken care of...?? I have a very simple motto I won't help someone who isn't willing to help themselves, that includes drug addicts! You'll find that you can't force a person to change without causing trauma and you can't help the unwilling it always reverts or is a temporary status. I don't like seeing someone get the boot but if you don't pay you don't stay.
If you look, this man has already moved out of the house. I'm guessing he probably had to get a smaller place and didn't know what to do with all of the things his family had accumulated over the years. He was there getting the rest of the items out. Not sitting around waiting to get put out.
SHOCKING, every time I see these people just standing around and NOT COLLECTING their stuff!! How often do they blame YOU for their stuff being broke? Thanks so much
"I'm gonna come in and take my pitchers" .........I love Mr. Penn
😂
That's a huge house for him where are the rest of his family?
I bet the repo man is looking for that car
They done wrote all over the wall...damn
The Officer is a very Polite Gentleman.
I have been waiting and waiting for a new video.. you got us in a chokehold lol
🙏 thanks for another one!! Hard work but somebody got to do it 🫡
He said he been packing when the man asked him have he been trying to move but what did he pack I see nothing packed at all this is crazy
That man been moved out of that house. That's why there's no lights. He's already had everything transferred or cut off. They lived there for a long time and had a bunch of stuff they couldn't take.
Dang that’s a lot of bottles. No wonder he was procrastinating on getting the rest of his things. He didn’t want the officer to see all that 😂
I swear if eviction was ever in my view, I'm selling everything to keep a roof over my head. Things can be replaced, a place to lay your head, not so much!
No. He hasn’t just lost his keys.
No wonder he can't pay his rent...all his money goes to the liquor store.
*The Liquor store says:* Thank you. We know we'll see YOU again!
*The man's Liver says:* Enough already! When I quit working for you, all of your money will go to the Doctors.
Lemme call Tom Brady!! 😄
A lot of empty liquor bottles, that's the rent right there. Pay your bills then drink. When u total up all them bottles that's a lot of money. Damn shame
