Also, it's always better to set higher resolution than raising the details. I saw you have some games tested at 720p medium, and it is better to set it to 1080p low, better looking, crispier and 1030 GT handles most of the games 1080p low at cca 30fps. Cheers!

Like the effort but in many games the I5-3570 is bottlenecking, so this is not a good graphics card check. CPU should not get above 70-80% for a 4 core 4 thread CPU if you want to be at least a bit close to the real GPU performance.

it´s your ram, you need min 8gb better 16gb ram, your cpu is good, your gt 1030 is enough for lowest settings 100fps you see that gta 5 use 8gb ram and in online 9gb buy 16GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-2666 for around 60$ that will be enough
