Go to the "collect them all" tab on the bottom left of the main level select screen and scroll to the right untill you see rascal and click the eggcellent rascal costume. Boom!
You can still get it just click on where rascal should be, it will take you to a pop up with lots of fiends you can get, there are three rascals in a collum, click on the middle one
Why does the hint for 11 say check out Baby Slug animation, if the Rascal is in Jo Jo's Quest?
For 11, go to settings, then extra features, then animations, and its the baby slug one!

Kiki's World go to menu, click on extra features, animations and press baby slugs big day out. That should work
