Children's Day Special | Ice-cream cake pops | 3 easy steps

  • Hello everyone! Wish you all a very very Happy Children's Day..
    Today, relive the child within you and make these very easy to make Ice cream cake pops.
    This is just a 3 step recipe with very few ingredients and can be easily made by kids as well (under a little guidance)
    Ingredients :
    -Vanilla/Chocolate sponge
    -Frosting (Ganache / Buttercream)
    -Ice cream cones (Mini / Regular)
    -Dark chocolate
    -Flavoured chocolate
    -Sprinklers
    -Cherry
    For Ganache:
    100ml - Fresh cream (Amul blue pack)
    200gms - Dark chocolate
    Heat the cream in microwave or double boiler. Add chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute. The chocolate will melt by the heat of the cream.
    Mix it well or whip it for 30 seconds and your ganache is waiting to be licked off!!

    Should I refrigerate it after making? Also how many days can I store it?

      You can store it at room temperature for a day and if you wish to refrigerate it, first pack it in a cellophane and then refrigerate. ☺
