It's not like he's a gamer who plays multiple games his main focus In streams is chess and that's one of the reasons why he is one of the best bulit and blitz players in the world cuz he plays alot wether in stream or off stream not to mention plays in titled Tuesdays pretty much every week.

That's not the case with Hikaru anymore because he is streaming and playing blitz 24/7. So it's a joke but it's also quite remarkable.

Actually, Stonkfish says the best move after Qb2 and Nc4 is for black to try and counterattack the queen with Ne4, attacking the knight and the queen, so you are on the right track. Its simply losing though because after Nxe4 and Qxe2(only place the queen can go and not die), Rook goes D2 and the queen has no escape. Best black can get out of the situation is their queen for a rook.
