This is my white whale brand. One day. I also want some Old Holland.. I just want to try a few shades, nothing crazy. The only issue is my birthday is the day after Christmas so I can’t never afford to buy myself a birthday present after Christmas. Maybe I’ll celebrate my 37th half birthday this year 🫣🤭🤫

i so love this but theres no way i will ever be able to afford them now with the price of basic necessitities being so high these days it really hurt my art budget like it took me down to im lucky to afford walmart supplies its really that bad but it cant keep me from dreaming
I completely understand. These were generously sent to me so I could make this video (and future videos too since I love them). Art is not a cheap hobby! Because these are handmade they are a bit pricier, but still similar in price to other professional watercolours of this quantity. They do make smaller sets. But with the current economy and inflation there are other brands that are definitely more affordable and still great quality too. Best of luck with your art! ❤

Yes, the quality of these is exceptional. The mini palette I use is by the creator of the design: GoDraw on Insta.

That’s because they are handmade using traditional methods. Some of their pigments are rare. But I hear you… art can be expensive! ❤
How are these compared to DS and Schminche?
I prefer these to DS or Schmincke. But all people are individual and it’s good to experiment to find what you like best. 😊
Its good. But for me as Indian its extremely expensive.. Even Daniel Smith, Rembrandt, Schminkee all are expensive..

@@LeslieStroz Camlin and Polo Artists watercolor. There are few new brands like Thoovi and Aquatone but they unnecessarily priced at international pricing.
@@LeslieStroz most of all these International brands are actually triple the price of its real value. If we make our own paints we might end up more for lifetime stock of handmade paints.. I dont get why no community seriously question the pricing model of all these paint brands overshooting the price, while hardly any artist make even a reasonable living selling their painting. There must be a balance of price and how much the demand of the paintings of any average artist is.. None of so called brands are priced correctly. They all are selling it as if each artist is making billions. And funny is artists have to survive making reviews of paint brands and tutorial videos and most cant even survive selling their painting..

how do u refill these paints i mean which paint u use to refill these little containers..... i have been asking other youtubers too but no response.....
They don’t sell tubes, so you have to purchase replacement pans from them.
