I understand. My first paint box was one I made using an altoids tin, but I loved that one as well. I am lucky to receive lovely gifts like this, but I also know it’s only because I make these videos everyday, which are great advertising. 😅
@@LeslieStroz yup, I still use my altoids one! I also use my mini altoids one, and put happy, goofy lil' googly eyes on the lid, on the front, above the lip where you pull it open, because a friend and I, many years n years ago put them all over to take pic's to make each other laugh as we were both going through some hard times... and just below that part of the lid, the bottom part has an indent, I assume to be easier to grab, but one day I'd looked over to grab it and that indent looked like a cute little smile, so I instantly knew my sweet lil' guy needed his eyes. Shed bought me a pack with random sizes, so I put on... well, now that I'm out of them, I can't remember if they were the small or medium of the pack, or one of each. He makes me laugh every time I look at him. It did make him too hard to travel with as I, of course, didn't want him to lose his eyes🤣 but, I had others as I used to make them for family, friend and kids I knew... anyone that thought they might want to try but couldn't invest anything at all then to try. As long as I had them, or small-ish tins of any sort and the little white squares (I'm sure there's a real name, but my RA fog from this ridiculously long flare has my brain mush😊🤦🏻♀️😁) and paints to make them it was one of my very favorite thing to do :) & I was extra happy when my hands would let me sew together a super simple little signature, or booklet, of my watercolor paper.. only canson paper as it was, and still is😊, all I can afford, and even that is only occasionally since I ruined our lives due to my health...
But, I LOVED making mini sets with everything they'd need to draw a bit and paint a bit, if they wanted. Ya know, just to try it out. I know from my own experience it can feel both overwhelming and expensive, when you see everything out there, to try out something you're not even sure you'll like or not. I was gifted a couple inexpensive paints, when I didn't even know if I wanted to use watercolor, when I was teaching myself to draw for the first time, at 40something😳🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ so, if they don't love it, its no loss to them, but might be fun here or there, or even later in their life. If not, thats ok too... I just know learning to make a bit of art, nothing great AT ALL, but even that, saved my life. So I always want to be sure other's can try it as well, whether they can afford it or not :)
Also, it's not just luck that's gotten you here... its your ridiculous amount of talent!! Which you've worked at... practiced and honed your skills!!! You 100% earned this!! You work hard, both in your absolutely gorgeous art skills, but also in, like you said, putting up videos so often! I've not had the nerve or skill in either to put my work here. Anyone that thinks that even choosing what art you want to do often, then making said art, then on top of that, all the editing to upload it here and make thumbnails or descriptions or tags ... well, they're CRAZY if they think all that, especially so regularly, is easy! Well.... ok... when they're this good! I think shorts would be so hard too as you have to get so much info, or just the right sounds and the right amount of sounds... especially with how calling and relaxing yours are. Its no fluke.... you work your tall off... of that, I have no doubt!
Obviously a person fixing their burps or something and throwing it up, sure, they may feel its super easy. THANKFULLY, thats not what you're doing :)
So these companies, making these super gorgeous boxes and the most adorable little books I've ever seen are VERY smart to send them to you to use.
Especially when, of course you're SO talented, but, we, as people that watch you, know we can trust the quality of company and the products we see you use and show us.... you know what I mean?? You for sure deserve that honor and so much more :)
I mentioned my health... so I can't make as much art ("art", as my stuff isn't anything great, just stuff I enjoy, especially making simple cards for people) as these health issues progress as there's no fix, but, thats ok! I'm very thankful to have learned some, but, also thankful to have people like you on youtube(it's the only "social media" my brain can take) so that even though I can't draw or paint for myself as much as I'd love to, I can come here and always enjoy seeing others make beautiful things and that is a huge help to me.
So, just another reason you have most definitely earned anything good that comes your way!!
So sorry so long... I just wanted you to know all that. But, on rougher emotional days I babble even more then normal 😬😳🙄😁🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤣 thanks for all you do!!!🥰

It's really cute and useful,I love the rubber pot to fill water,it is easy to organise in little space and those tiny magnets are very good, actually I also have them but never knew that I can use them to keep my paper stable,I will definitely try that 🙂
