This is so good, the use of sound, suspense and creativty was so well done. I love this, I hope to see more. I really love the ramped up hallway, and the camera wiping. The artifacts like datamoshing and so forth was well utilized than slapped on for aesthetic.
Incredible! The first chase scene and the hallway coming at you like a train were amazing. I felt an uncanny feeling the whole time, as well as nostalgia. You captured the liminal vibe in this. The music and sound design are top notch too.

Was gonna comment something super similar! I absolutely adore Kane's series and it is certainly extremely impressive but he isn't the end all be all for backrooms content and shouldn't be used to water down the hard work of others trying to give their own interpretation. This video was absolutely masterful in my eyes and deserves some more recognition!
While this one was good on its own, it still doesn't beat Kane Pixels interpretation of the Backrooms. Kane Pixels will always be the best for the Backrooms.

Not much else to add then what's already been said the amount of visual-glitchy effects to imply the camera is breaking is absolutely astonishing i feel some creators focus too much on getting that VHS feel to their video instead of adding more interesting details like color compression in very dark scenes ( 1:55 ) things like that really make it feel like a video from 2009, and overall makes everything feel more real

This is really faithful to the Backrooms lore. I love how it's not just level 1>2>3>4... but different levels, as it's supposed to be (there are multiple entries to different levels on each level), so this trip is how a real trip into the Backrooms would most probably look like. Complete and utter isolation. Confusion. Loneliness. Exhaustion. Always on the run. Terrified, hungry and thirsty. Recording just for the sake of keeping some sanity at check. But ultimately, doomed nevertheless. Those people that actually escape the Backrooms are the lottery winners.
How do you even escape the backrooms? Do you have to reach a certain level. I completely forgot that hunger and thirst were a thing. I figured that people weren't affected by these anymore since the Backrooms tends to time and space lock things. So you're basically trapped forever wandering the backrooms.

Please Be careful tho cuz even IF you go home, you are being watched… IF you get home, safely, you can still open your real home door and end up back on level 0 or level bumbafuck!! Also far as I kno we humans are mortals who luckily have a God-Like design wether in/out of the backrooms, therefore we have the capability’s to survive a ‘inter-dimension fast’ and above all escape this wicked maze.

Pro Tip: When you encounter a Smiler Turn off all light sources therefore smilers are attracted to light. Keep eye contact with the smiler and slowly back away,unless it is rushing at you. If It IS rushing at you, turn on the light source and throw it somewhere so the smiler chases it. It will give you time to run or back away.

There’s something about the wobblyness of the camera in someone’s hands that makes it feel a lot more realistic. Almost every other backroom video you see the camera is so smooth, like it’s mounted.
I really love your take on Level 13, having it be this labyrinthian complex with impossible and absurd geometry, like the level itself is playing with you.
I've seen a few Backrooms videos, and in my opinion, you've been the only one to successfully implement the Smiler entity while making it look really good!
the look of the level 19 variant is almost incomprehensible, it's like those ai generated images where you can only vaguely recognize what's in them, without being able to concretely identify them. super well done and unique.
Just discovered the backrooms. This is very well done. I’ve had dreams like this for years. Endless empty rooms, hallways, and getting trapped in maze-like buildings.
I keep coming back to watch this. All of the textures, lighting, diffusion, pacing... the creative direction, all phenomenal. Not over the top, not in your face, just incredible solid work. Of all of the backrooms creators I'm following, I'm the most excited for your next video!

This is one of the best Ive seen in terms of making the environment itself feel like a more active element in the story; the way you leaned into its reality breaking physics is brilliant - the hallway bending away up and the walls shifting extremely rapidly were brilliant.

Literally the best backrooms animation I've ever seen!! So damn scary in all the ways possible! The way the smiler-creature followed the person, the camera errors, the moment they fall through the floor/ceiling in the doors-hallways-level (scared the heck out of me, which is rare) and the many different levels, it was so perfect!

NGL, I was starting to give up, but this subverts the tropes in all the right ways without going oberboard: more than a quarter second focus on entities without lingering, including several different levels, a cameraman/protagonist who DOESNT have an inexplicable death wish... just bravo. Like someone watched a bunch of the best backrooms footage so far, was still like "wait a minute..." and then answered all of their own glaring questions in a deeply disturbing manner.
Smilers are attracted to light, loud sounds, and rapid movement - turning off your light source, maintaining eye contact and backing away slowly are the best ways to avoid issue

i usually dont like oversaturated levels and monsters, but this one its SO WELL DONE, it seems so realistic, even camera man acts and moves like a real human, and everything on those levels just make sense, feels so claustrophobic, amazing job

I absolutely love the bizarre and abstract environments that the Backrooms has to offer, and you really, really nailed it here. I would like to see less of the monsters though, personally I haven't really liked any of the Backrooms monsters/entities, they just detract from the atmosphere and the creepy factor in my opinion.
this is all pretty good, and by all means better than what i could do, but i do have a few suggestions as far as backrooms facts goes. at the beginning, the smiler in question would have been about 1.75x taller, and moving slowly. do also note that they don't really bob their heads when they walk. the person who we've just seen filming the backrooms was also staring at it, which would have slowed it down even more. about half of the enemies in the backrooms contain the mental capacity and attributes of an animal, more specifically aggressive dogs/wolves. you can keep this information in mind to make entity encounters more accurate. regardless, amazing video!

I absolutely love the bizarre and abstract environments that the Backrooms has to offer, and you really, really nailed it here. I would like to see less of the monsters though, personally I haven't really liked any of the Backrooms monsters/entities, they just detract from the atmosphere and the creepy factor in my opinion.
This might be as good as kanes. Maybe better. BTW how the hell do ya'll make these?!

This has to be the best backrooms video so far. Incredible work
this is all pretty good, and by all means better than what i could do, but i do have a few suggestions as far as backrooms facts goes. at the beginning, the smiler in question would have been about 1.75x taller, and moving slowly. do also note that they don't really bob their heads when they walk. the person who we've just seen filming the backrooms was also staring at it, which would have slowed it down even more. about half of the enemies in the backrooms contain the mental capacity and attributes of an animal, more specifically aggressive dogs/wolves. you can keep this information in mind to make entity encounters more accurate.
