Hoan came with it! Dude has worked on one of his biggest weaknesses and that was his groove and predictability. He's still a beat killing machine but with his new found groove his transitions no longer feel like resets. This is what you call dancing in the pocket!
Hoan best popper in the world for now and I admire it even more because it is one of the only ones that preserves and mixes modern and classic movements such as the wave.
Clearly hoan is the best popper in the world now by a mile.... IMO alot of poppers have reached their peak or has passed their due date already. Eg kite, greenteck, Nelson, Gucchon etc. I think young bodies like dokyun or sharkbomb can get to this level in the next few years but only with hard dedication and evolving.
i do believe dokyun is also in a class of his own. He's body control is god tier and unmatched and just imagine what he will be able to do in more years to come. But i must also say Hoan's hits and musicality are god level. I feel like both dokyun and hoan can both be considered one of the world's best poppers even though they both have different styles and different areas were they dominate.
