Hey dude! I cannot tell you how decisive this review has been for me. I have been a Street 750 rider since Nov 2014. I ride in Hyderabad and have recently been considering an upgrade to the Roadster. I use my 750 for my daily commute to work, for weekend rides to the grocers, the haircut, to meet friends. This review has revealed some very serious differences between the Roadster and the Street that make me realize I am better off with my Street until HD comes up with effective liquid cooling for their bigger bikes. The most important differences to me are the clutch lever stiffness and the engine temperature. I often spend an hour commuting just 11 km each way, most of it in 1st and 2nd gear, with my left hand cramping down on the clutch, and my calves and thighs suffering from the engine heat. So I realize I will not be able to use the Roadster for this. Thank you.

chetan mahajan Its 1200cc V-twin harley motor.... Ofcourse it heats up like a furnace in city traffic. Don't think of riding these things in heavy traffic... you'll get a tandoori leg.

Indian harley are not so good i have check in abroad those bike are different from india there sound there performances different they are just making fool to indian customer who love bikes.

Indian weather is extreme and generally hot in areas where plane roads exist like Rajasthan and Gujarat.
Harleys of usa can not sustain indian weather.

Sir, those bikes are rediculous. Brakes are poorly fixed. Roadster is best.
Royal Enfield of the America, big engine less power, less reliable and over priced. At least RE costs less. Buy this one for the same reason anyone that buys a RE

Bony Rajanmeena my height is 5'7". Still I love to ride Iron and Street Bob. Roadster feel sometimes bulky in traffic and on roads with potholes.

Subham Majumdar 48 and Roadster both have same 1200 CC engine. Mileage depend on how you ride. If you ride according to saving fuel then it will give you mileage of +18kmpl for sure.
I have Harley Davidson street 750 and if I ride around 80KPMH then it's give me mileage of +25 KMPL and if my husband ride the same bike he just got mileage of 15 KMPL because he ride on +150KMPH
Moral of the story: mileage depend on how you ride and if you ride Roadster for mileage then you will get +18KMPL without any issue.
Postscript: if someone investing over +12 Lac rupees on a bike then I hope they don’t care about mileage

Man, I see lot of vibrations around the bike in this video and most important @ 4:22 - 4:30 the engine itself is shaking heavily. Unable to digest the pathetic refinement level seen in this motorcycle with a heavy clutch & no oil/liquid cooling to douse the engine heat which is very basic to litre class motorcycles. This really doesn't seems to be an upmarket product for a global brand who charge more than Rs.10 lakhs. Should upgrade with features based on market conditions.
