What if the black person is half Mexican and got all their abuela's recipes handed down to them? What if the white person been teaching English in China for the past 10 years and speaks the language and cooks more authentic Chinese than the average Chinese restaurant in the US? See, you don't know these things when you judge people solely on their skin color. That's on you. Having said that, I don't necessarily want American cheese in a burrito either, but that could also have been due to something other than skin color. What if they ran out of their usual cheese?
