I would like to exchnange gifts with Jane Eyre. I would give her a spa day to spend with her cousins Diana and Mary. Think she'd like a day of pampering and girlie bonding. In return, I would like one of her paintings (because it would be personal and mean something).
Lauren, your crossed arms ... google says - By folding one or both arms across the chest, a barrier is formed that is an unconscious attempt to block out what we perceive as a threat or undesirable circumstances. I always think it assists in tucking in closing in the heat! I have recently bought a few of your suggested books so carry on, we need to support our local shops ... the sofa looks great, excellent colour ...

1) You are absolutely adorable and your outfit for the choir concert is tops. You are inspiring me to dress with a bit more fun and flair.
2) I would want to exchange gifts with Laura Ingalls Wilder. I would gift her a tie blanket: flannel on top and bottom with wool batting. I know she had quilts, but flannel tie blankets are loads softer, cozier, and warmer (plus, I know she would genuinely appreciate a homemade gift). And from her I would hope to receive a handwritten or typed Christmas story, perhaps about one of her and Almanzo’s first Christmases at Rocky Ridge Farm in Missouri.

I don't know if you've ever addressed this but my question is how many Christmas sweaters/jumpers do you actually have? I feel like you have at least one for each day of December but they don't look like they are repeated from year to year😃
