- Theme of Sanae Kochiya from Mountain of Faith. The original module was actually ported to the Time Tangent FTM in the old days of testing Tesserex's Mega Man engine and then extended to the full song just recently. But do I look like I remember how I ever made this in Mega Man 2A03?

It took me way too long to realize that the mega zun letters are coloured according to the characters colour scheme.

Speaking as someone relatively new to Touhou music, I love how the chorus (it is, I guess?) part of the melody of this song progresses in a kind of, unexpected way, especially for Zun music.

Glad I was able to pick up on that aspect of things in Kommisar Chiptune's take (from which I ended up here, by the by). Seems I have a couple albums I need to give a listen to now. ^_^

Not really my favorite character, but Sanae has one of my favorite themes in all of the games made since Lotus Land Story. Sleeping Terror has recently become my new favorite theme, but that's because it's so FUCKNG GOOD, even though it's a PC-98 theme. How do you pack so many instruments into it?
Also, the Unthinkable Natural Law version of Faith is for the Transient People is pretty good. Best theme in that game by far, anyway.
Though that's quite the understatement, because other than that, most of the themes in UNL are awful fake jazz-sounding themes. FiftTP is the only Rock song in that game, iirc.

I mean, the OST is bad if you don't like jazz I guess.
But I like jazz so I actually love a lot of the tracks in that game.

I just downloaded all your megazun music from youtube itself so I can now listen to it in stereo, but thanks anyway.
I found MEGA ZUN in, possibly, the strangest way. I discovered Super Mario World hacks a long while back. A few months ago, I started to look for music from these hacks to put in my Super Mario Brothers X levels. (If you don't know, that's a fangame in which you can make your own Mario levels, and it is a lot older and better than Mario Maker.) While searching, I found a SMW version of Faith is for the Transient People. I looked for the original and this video popped up.(I know this isn't the original, btw.) I then started listening to more of MEGA ZUN since then.
I'm not even a Touhou fan.
I don't care that I'm not.
The music is outstanding.

It is TH-cam's fault to double the stream size by duplicating it across the left/right channels, not MY responsibility to troubleshoot music players incapable of monoaural playback.
Game Boy audio features hard panning; everything else in MEGA ZUN, that is the Famicom, does not. If you still need stereo then wait until FDS emulation in FamiTracker is accurate so that I could distribute the NSFs which may be listened in any NSF player that supports user-defined panning.

Yeah, I guess so, but its no problem anymore as I downloaded every song from youtube instead of bandcamp.
that's because of how youtube processes videos in stereo, idk what bandcamp does but it's probably similar somehow

I understand that, but why is all the music "stereo" on youtube and the preview on bandcamp, but as soon as I download it I only get sound from one side.
Ugh, seems like I just have to manually download every youtube video and extract their audio, which lowers the quality aswell
