I know someone who is doing what he is doing for these kids in a big scale, someone who has rescued thousands of kids from the streets and the sewers. I feel so little compare to this most humbling men. His entire family seem so very polite and loving and you can tell they seem genuine and love each other unconditionally. And their daughter Sophie (I hope I spelled it correctly), she seem so very graceful, ambitious and well spoken compare to many teenagers know. All in all, Michael Ketterer sing with his soul and I connect to his voice every time he sings, aside from the goose bumps I get. I am hopeful that America votes for him. This family, not only are worthy of finally getting their break, also deserves to have a beautiful dream home so they all can live comfortably yet happily. I doubt that would happen. He was raised in the church with his siblings (I listened to an interview with his mother) and it is still first and foremost in his mind. That is why he and his wife say "we are second."

Its so hard to understand how someone who penned a song about love could be so ruthless and unforgiving to kick michael out of his venue when he didn't know what can transpire between marriage and responsibility michael has over these children..he works full time. I'm a nurse..the stress is overwhelming at times then come home to just as ...compound that 10x...this couple needs our love and understanding more than anything our prayers

I saw an interview with Michael that he wants to win so he can buy Roddie a new special wheelchair and a home that is handicapable. Couldn’t all the judges and all these TV shows chip in and at least get this child a new special wheelchair to make things easier to get him around. And help make alterations on their home to make it easier for them to care for the kids. I don’t think that’s a lot to ask for.
Michael is an amazing person! God bless Michael and his family. I didn't like how they told Michael he needed to do a reality show. Michael is a man of faith and he is not doing this for fame. Michael is doing this for his family and God. Reality shows are just for people who seek attention. Michael is not about that. Let Michael and his family live their lifes in peace and not be chased by cameras 24-7.

The boys look so sad standing on the side. I stopped paying attention after seeing them being separated like that. It's like saying they don't deserve to sit down because they were adopted 😠
I imagine it could have something to do with them being minors. Also, being so young they don't really answer questions when asked which would make for a boring interview. And you could see once they all were on the couch, it was just TOO MANY PEOPLE, and the ones who would be answering the questions were basically covered up! Get real. This wasn't just a photo op, but an interview. Let it be conducted as such. And for those who doubt how this whole family feels about ALL the members, just watch some of their own youtube videos. I have never seen such love as I have in this family, all for each other.

Now don’t get me wrong they seem to be excellent parents, but we only see what they want us to see, but that goes for any family. Yep, same thoughts here, There seems to be a disconnect between Ketterer's and their adopted kids. This entire video focused more on Michal, Ivey and Sofia and left adopted kids standing on sidelines....what's up with that? Where is the love and family inclusion? Does it even exist?
And I understand ur stance rita. However this whole situation took place over about a 6 month period. I was living under the same roof. There wasnt a day that I wasnt present. I witnessed everything. And I'm not saying that something didnt happen to these boys. I'm just wondering when and by who. The parents kids that they both currently have don't have these issues and I don't see social services giving anyone who abused kids,in the manner that is being portrayed, a chance to be within three feet of kids. And I'd say her 18 year old daughter would have spoken out if such a thing happened to her by them. This is a fact. We all know these people. For the majority of their lives. And I know what did and absolutely did not happen in this situation. And i aim to find out who is responsible. This whole situation blows my mind. What if you were in my shoes and the shoes of the rest of the family? U know that their mother with the fathers consent came to Michael and Ivey and asked them to adopt her kids so she could give them a better life. One that she knew she couldn't give them herself. And then to turn around and get slapped in the face. So why didnt dcs press charges against her? Isn't that their job? None of it makes sense. I just hate this whole situation but I'm so happy to see these boys living a life most people dream of. And I'm happy that they are growing into beautiful human beings. We all are. But I cannot wrap my mind around where and when this happened to them. Someone deserves to go to jail in my opinion. We all learned about this abuse the same time the rest of the world did. DCS had never brought this to anyone attention. Mother didnt go to jail for child abuse. Nothing was ever said in court papers about this. So I hope u can understand my frustration.

I guess you would be happy if she was a plastic Hollywood type who was the pro in front of the camera. Gimme a break troll, if you knew more than to speak about this one bleep of her in front of the camera, you would know that she is nervous and prefers being behind the camera. Ok people don’t go off on me for my observation. I personally think this is an awesome family and I was with them 100% until I viewed this interview. Now don’t get me wrong they seem to be excellent parents, but we only see what they want us to see, but that goes for any family. With that said I’m really not surprised that they told a bit about all their boys but failed to mention anything about the black boy. I’m not making this a racial post, because I know they are not racist or they wouldn’t have adopted him in the first place. I’m just making an observation and not one person caught that. And I understand ur stance rita. However this whole situation took place over about a 6 month period. I was living under the same roof. There wasnt a day that I wasnt present. I witnessed everything. And I'm not saying that something didnt happen to these boys. I'm just wondering when and by who. The parents kids that they both currently have don't have these issues and I don't see social services giving anyone who abused kids,in the manner that is being portrayed, a chance to be within three feet of kids. And I'd say her 18 year old daughter would have spoken out if such a thing happened to her by them. This is a fact. We all know these people. For the majority of their lives. And I know what did and absolutely did not happen in this situation. And i aim to find out who is responsible. This whole situation blows my mind. What if you were in my shoes and the shoes of the rest of the family? U know that their mother with the fathers consent came to Michael and Ivey and asked them to adopt her kids so she could give them a better life. One that she knew she couldn't give them herself. And then to turn around and get slapped in the face. So why didnt dcs press charges against her? Isn't that their job? None of it makes sense. I just hate this whole situation but I'm so happy to see these boys living a life most people dream of. And I'm happy that they are growing into beautiful human beings. We all are. But I cannot wrap my mind around where and when this happened to them. Someone deserves to go to jail in my opinion. We all learned about this abuse the same time the rest of the world did. DCS had never brought this to anyone attention. Mother didnt go to jail for child abuse. Nothing was ever said in court papers about this. So I hope u can understand my frustration.
