AM I DREAMING Klangst animatic

Summary: Voltron alternate storyline where Lance is given the ability to turn back time. He can only rewind so far, and only he retains the memory of what happens. One would usually see this as a gift; most of team Voltron certainly does, as they pretty much can’t lose the war now. But because of it, none of them have any way of knowing just how Not Okay Lance really is. He doesn’t let them. The blue lion’s lost power and is losing oxygen. As she’s sinking, Lance relives the story.

Hi this is my coming out post: ... I’m a Klancer.
I’m so sorry to those who once respected me; I’m a dirty stinky Voltron fan who thinks the angry red boy and the energetic blue boy should’ve kissed. Not only that, I look at Klance fanart based on Klance fanfics on AO3, and then go read those fanfics in the dark for twelve consecutive hours while listening to one song on repeat, and that’s what got us here.
I read A Drug Called Time while listening to Am I Dreaming, and by the time I hit chapter 16 I thought “wait a minute.... the lyrics of this song literally fit this story so well.” And upon finishing that chapter- I kid you not- this animatic started playing in my head when I listened to the song. Full on scenes and transitions just played like a movie as I lay there in the dark... and I got to work.
So here you are. Hope you guys like it! If you do and are new to my channel, stick around! I’ve scripted a bit more Voltron content. And finally, if you haven’t already, READ A DRUG CALLED TIME. archiveofourow... There were so many scenes l wish I could’ve fit, so many feelings an animatic could never portray- it LITERALLY made me cry guys. So dailyandgaily, thank you for hurting me the way you did, your work is lovely.
