I think the biggest thing was that Yellow’s defeat took the pressure off of Red, after that they only needed to protect one front and also had a moment to build up troops while Blue and Green shredded each other.
Seeing the team you were supporting come from behind is priceless... Seriously, they waited until the last spark to really attack seriously and all in all, that was incredible!
Love the new 4v4 format and extra detail to the background art. I will say though that the grey colors get a bit lost in each other and make things hard to see. That, and the map is a bit small for 4 factions. Other than that, it all looks good to me. Great vid!
It feels like the pathing was worse than previous ones? Sometimes units would move towards nothing, at some points moving against the world border, and when blue's castle was destroyed it had a bunch of shield guys that could have blocked it but they got stuck at the top then slid towards the side of the castle that wasn't being attacked which left the castle defenseless. I wonder if it's because there are four teams making it harder for them to decide where to go?

Great vid as always. The fact that 4 kingdoms were present made it more complex and interesting and the troop amounts were insane. The troops basically flooded my screen ^^ I think you should make the trigger areas more like a greyish color because it was really hard to see the yellow(for me atleast)
what a comeback by Red!! super fun to see would love for the terrain to affect troop movements a bit more, i believe the map is either a bit small or the Castle projectiles need a tiny range nerf as they should not be able to damage other Castles IMO. Same for the Meteor special i dont believe it should target castles or units in a certain range AROUND castles. the Pathing and targeting priority also needed some work as other people said. Red got ganged up on hard for a min and SUPER focused by Yellow almost the entire match. and for units to go off after another teams castle while their own is literally under attack seems like a no-no to me. I do love this series though one of my absolute favs for you!! keep the updates and changes coming! cant wait for the next one.
Interesting format with the free for all, but I feel like the AI's priorities need to be re-organized. I kind of feel like the order of priority should be, like Is Damaging Castle > Special > Nearest, and assign each special unit a threat level that should determine the priority that they get attacked in. It was really frustrating watching Blue's four giants get essentially wasted because they prioritized what seemed to be a really low threat unit that they pushed offscreen while Yellow's castle peppered them with arrows from behind. I don't even know what those boxes were? Giants also seem like objectively worse Champions. Yeah, they have a larger range and knockback, and higher health, but their slower swing speed and weaker attack damage hurts them a lot, since the knockback knocks targets out of reach and the slow swing speed makes them super vulnerable to longer range attackers anyhow.
Great video! One small detail that should be improved is that for the little numbers that denote how many times each color went in a particular hole, I can't see yellow's amount due to poor contrast. The color there should definitely be darkened.
Ok, what the hell were those mini-units red got at the end!? Especially the archers, did they get some kind of thing where they get tons of weaker units or something? Also I was thinking maybe the environment could be more interesting and influence the battles: high ground witch could buff archers and slow units climbing(although I understand this one might be a little hard to do),water as a barrier or a slow-down, forest could give stealth to certain units, paths a speed buff, etc… Anyways, great vid as always, hope this series keeps going!

It's kinda hard to keep track of what each side is spawning and what they landed on. Especially with the special units since they change immediately after landing on them. Could you add a small queue near the each color's corner that lists what's spawning next for them? That'd make it a lot clearer to know what's going on half the time. Otherwise, this is sick asf. I'd literally pay to have this and just let it run randomly all the time in the background xD
Fun vid. Definitely need to remove the charge ability red got though. Everything else seemed balanced or even needed a buff (such as the mage) but the charge ability was clear as day overpowered. Increased movement speed, increased attack speed, and units only target enemy castle until death… yeah way too busted.
When a unit spawns, it selects the nearest enemy player as its target. It then moves towards that player, and targets enemy units that come in range on the way.
@@lostmarbles2d Catapults are overpowered, basically takes out 1/10 of castle’s health per shot, and you have to account for that they hide behind armies, making them extremely hard to kill, thus a mere 20 seconds can at the very least, weaken the castle’s health significantly. Maybe reduce the damage to 1/15 to 1/20 the castle’s health?
SPOILERS: Blue: we thought red was our ally… but then their archers rained fire upon our camp castle and all hope was lost and at 11:32 the last soldier was Shane by reds witchcraft.
With monks being such a good counter unit to other heroes, maybe they would be better balanced being more common and slightly less efficient, but that's hard to say.
Spoiler warning Damn As always even in legion whoever ends up getting top right just for some reason gets ganked on by all 3 other kingdoms. Both Yellow and Green went hard for Blue and Green for some eason was cranking out units like they had a money glitch. It was because of that reason in my opinion that Blue ended up losing Blue kept cranking out Special units like those 4 Giants but another team would get time wiped out or they will come up against the hoards. In the end Blue managed to take out Yellow but that was sadly a mistake since Yellow was all that was really keeping Red at Bay and Red was doing good damage to Green when Green was too busy focusing on Blue. Blue should of waited until the Hoards of green where cut down enough to where they where able to put up a proper drfensive against Red or let Red take Green down but alas. Blue struck down the wall of Yellow and the Mongolian wave of Red decinated the weaken Blue and mopped off the already tired green
I don’t think it is necessary to maintain the formation when engaging the enemy. This is not consistent with the real battlefield. It can only be maintained during the marching phase.
13:42 the moment red decided to actually step up. Such an amazing army wiping down every single one of its enemies.

red attempted a archer swarm early on, found it effective and refined it so good it took down 2 castles with them
