Thank you for taking the time to instruct us on the tips and tricks of dropshoting . I am going to go try it as I have never done that technic before . Have learned a bunch from your channel so far and look forward to more instructional videos . Thanks
You are so right. There is a pond I fish often. I try crankbait, chatterbait, jigs, Ned rig, even a tx rig worm and the fish just don’t like any of those, but the drop shot works every time. I use a 3” Ned dinger.
You need to get up here on Lanier and get into some of this fall topwater bite. They finally turned on this week. Sweet video man, keep grinding brother.
Thanks for the tips on the drop shot I need to try a drop shot more.....I use the wacky worm mostly and get most of my strikes on the fall after I cast. Drop shot would be similar in that it is positioned in the middle of the depth above the bottom.
nice bro another great video and I love it when you do these tips and trick videos and it helps me out a lot sir so thanks and appreciate it can't wait to see more sir
All the tips. I’ve literally been binge watching your videos because I’ve been fishing for a couple months now and haven’t caught anything larger than dink bluegills.
I just got my bait caster from my dad I was so happy to catch fish on it and me and him gone fishing 3 times and I haven’t caught single thing I’ve been very mad I’ve tried almost every lure I’ve used when me and my dad bought it
Hey any way u can do a video on which you think might be beast of these two rods out of these 13fishing omen heavy, or envy heavy should I get only one at this time it would be my flipping pitching topwater and al rig rod what u think explain power from others to thanks
Been fishing mostly in a river with a fairly good current. Does the drop shot work like it's supposed to in a place like that? Found that dead sticking a weightless Texas rig from time to time produces well
One of my favorite techniques, but still having trouble with fishing it from shore. Please do a vid on Drop Shot. Great video! Also, do you have tips for fishing large (5"+) swimbaits?
I was at Lake Michigan last night and could see a whole lot of fish but nothing would get them to bite I tried soft bait, jig, spinner, what the hell?!
Sometimes on steaming hot days I have monsters jumping all over the pond and so I fish with poppers frogs and even lunker hunt dragonflies and still nothing even bites. I try flukes, trick worms, senkos rigged wacky and Texas, bandito bugs, nothing bites. I try crank baits and jigs and still nothing I try everything and I’m still not catching any thing I think it’s me .
I was throwing everything in the water for over 5 hours with no bites and finally gave up and hooked a bluegill just to get some sort of action. I tried a black Choppo, white frog, a black/blue craw, jig, purple/blue worm and a dropshot….I ended up losing my weight. Tough days are tough.
Honestly I use my spinning rod an reel combo an have no issues. I have lews spinning rod an reel combo an the gear ratio is pretty good to go high speeds so it should be fine just with a spinning reel an rod combo
Noah try just sticking with spinning rod an reel. Hopefully you saw my comment on the youtube channel the reeltest about casting baitcaster without using your thumb without backlash
"tough" would be an understatement for me...
Use grub jigs. You'll definitely get something.
I love your vids and thanks for serving this country
I’ve been watching so many kbtv videos that I’ve gone into the old archives videos 😂
Drop shot is my go to confidence method. Learned a new technique with this video. Thank you. Can’t wait to try it out.

Good video I agree that’s it’s a great bait when fishing hard but I think it’s a lot more complex then throwing a drop shot on a big lake

I'd like to see tips for picking soft lures for Texas rigd.
Marc McDowell all you need is some rage craws, senkos/curly tails, and bandito bugs or wooly bugs and your set.
That tips video was so successful, you must have had scuba divers putting fish on the hook Lol!
Tapping the rod is no joke, works every damn time. Works with jigs and a long trailer just sitting at the bottom.
All the tips. I’ve literally been binge watching your videos because I’ve been fishing for a couple months now and haven’t caught anything larger than dink bluegills.
Very helpful can you do a tip video on your boat! Please!!!

Great job on your video!!!!! Is the creed GT a good reel? And is the envy rod a good buy? Please Reply
I can't say much for there reels but dont buy there rods.. I've heard many bad things about the fate line of rods
Oh ok thanks for the info...I am trying to choose between a Fenwick hmg rod vs a fate black rod.

Tyson Dewitt I learned the Texas rig from an old fisherman in Walmart lol
Oh yeah..... Can you be my old fisherman🤣
Once saw a spawning female 12+ pounder try to eat the 3 lb bass I was reeling in. Was crazy
Curious why you don't have affiliate links to make bit extra cash? Doubt I would use them but I believe many TH-camrs do well with them
Always tough up North.
I want to learn more about a drop shot
#FISHWIZARD! magic boiiiii!
