It’s another round table discussion on the state of Ultra. This time I have four female coaches join me to speak specifically about female participation in the sport.
Kate Bevilaqua from (S5E10) (www.buzzsprout...) is back to lend her knowledge as a three time champion at Ultra 520K Canada, UM Australia, and the World Championships. She also brings years of coaching and her background as a professional long distance triathlete of nearly 20 years.
Kate is co-founder of GK Endurance (gkendurance.com/) coaching.
Christine Suter-Rosenfeld is another Ultra 520K Canada champion. Through her coaching services, “Reach, Stretch, Grow” (reachstretchgr...) she offers not just physical coaching; but also, counseling, as she has a Masters in Counselling, Psychology,
Shangrila Rendon who previously visited in (S3E3) (www.buzzsprout...) is a two time Guiness Record setter, best selling author, and three time 515 racer. She is the founder of Feisty Fox Coaching (www.feistyfoxc...) .
The final panelist, Hillary Biscay, is a former pro triathlete with 66 ironman triathlons. In 2013 she became Ultraman World Champion after finishing second there in 2010,
Hillary is founder of Biscay Coaching (biscaycoaching...) and co-founder of Smashfest Queen (www.smashfestq...) clothing.
