Love it when you follow a band from being tiny to a massive band. Found out about the lads on the alcopops & charity shops ep and could see the potential. Amazing unique sound All reytons ay we
@@jamescooper3739 They got to number 1 by selling multiple editions of their album which count as individual sales. SO if you get 3000 people to buy many versions of the album and smash it all out in 1 week and release in a week where an actual established artist doent release....you can get a decent chart position. The reytons will never be a massive band, they are just a carbon copy of Arctic Monkeys, Arctic Monkeys where the real deal and changed indie music forever, these guys have a few catchy songs an have worked hard but ultimately have a low ceiling
Found this really interesting learning about the lads and how they’ve progressed. Im a fairly new Reyton discovering them during lockdown but I can see these boys being as big as the AM one day 🙌🏻
Saw them in Notts a few weeks back, what a great live band! The music industry needs more lads like these that know who they are and what they're about, without any corporate influence. Good luck to them!
Damn, bands like The Reytons make me envy the Brittish so much... while you guys just need to ride a few km to get to some fantastic gigs, I would have to get a 10 hour flight from Brazil to get this opportunity. But one day I shall be in the middle of this crowd you all you reytons fans!
Absolutely inspiring. Through every roadblock they still manage to get past it. I was there at tramlines and seeing the reytons was the best fucking day of my entire life. I saw them at o2 like a week ago maybe longer and it was fucking incredible!
seen the reytons twice now, once in 2020, once just last month. both were incredible sets, that lads are fucking excellent and really bring a different type of energy to there show. been a fan for 3 year now 🙌
I am 47,an old decrepit man, and I have seen some of the best bands you will ever have heard of. My little sister took me to see Reytons in Nottingham, and within seconds, I was in the pit. I lived in Sheffield in the 90s and 00ties, I saw bands like pulp and Arctic monkeys, but Reytons are not like them, they are like a proper punk band that you have to see live. Kids off the estate is the common people of the 21st century.
Please never give up your dreams! You’re here, and you’re not going away. So so amazing live and a can’t wait to see you all again. I stumbled across you on a random indie playlist on Apple Music and I’ve never looked back. Last week (May 2022) someone asked my my 5 favourite bands of all time….. without hesitation I replied, Oasis, The Smiths, Kasabian, The Reyton’s and The Wombats. I listen everyday and get goosebumps when I hear certain (most) tracks. I respect so much all the hard work, sacrifice and cash you’ve all banged into your dreams, it was all worth it and I’m so so pleased (along with a fair few others) you never gave up! See you soon boys! ❤️ 🥁 🎸 🎤 🍻 ⚽️ 🏴 🎶
Discovered this band last year and was instantly hooked. Glad these Yorkshire lads are starting to get noticed they deserve it. Buy a ticket and go see them live fcking epic.
Amazing documentary. I loved this and I love this band...only discovered them the last week and they have blown me away....all the luck in the world lads. You deserve it all ❤
I have seen them live. Back in 2022 when they werent as near as popular in a crowd of 100 people. Jimmy was crowdsurfing i had hold of him unreal atmosphere.
Me and my boy were having a few drinks round mine and this band came on shuffle, been a favourite ever since. And lads, I won't lie, I borrowed the verse vocal melody of Antibiotics for my own tune

Saw them in the early days at Sheffield 02 Academy and then this year at Rotherham Magna with about another 4,000 Reytons👍👌 top band and cracking live plus at least they won’t go and sell out like the Artics did👍👌
To people outside Yorshire the name comes from how we would say someone is good or bad. My friend shared the slice of lime video on her Facebook page, I thought what a great sound (BTEC Arctic Monkeys!!), got tickets to Plug 24th November that year, what a show.. Was there when upstairs at O2, even though most of us where in the queue for the bingo, Leadmill was awesome too, favourite for me was upstairs at the Leopard in Doncaster, only three foot away. Absolutely adore what this band do, even got to snog lippy Lauren in Sheffield, keep it up boys from probably your oldest groupie!!
Addicted to this band! Only discovered them last week can't stop listening !!

All reytons ay we
100%, Harrison Lesser is still my favorite song by them, really bummed that Jordan Allen broke up still.
Massive? hahaha the bar must be pretty fucking low then, I might start a band next weekend and get massive real quick :)
@@CeeJayDee94 theyve got a UK number 1 album? And massive was meant relatively to being a band playing the 50/60 people in pubs
1 mil plays without a record label isn't small. Not necessarily top of the industry but I could see them getting there.

You will be twice as big this time next year. Be prepared.👍
