    Love the video! Keep it up! Got a few questions,
    1. How do you get your customers? Google Ads? Meta Ads? Word of Mouth?
    2. Do you only advertise ceramic coating and paint corrections? And how much does it cost to get each customer?
    3. If you could, would you stop doing interiors and focus entirely on exterior detailing?
    4. How many hours do you work per week rn?

    • @VincentCaruso-l1z
      @VincentCaruso-l1z  หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      1.I get my customers via SEO (Look it up if you don't know about it, it is very important), I run meta ads so IG and Facebook ads specifically for ceramic coatings.In detailing you want to go from cleaning cars at the start to then ceramic coatings/ paint corrections then you wanna focus on ppf.Thats how you make money and grow in the detailing industry.The detailing industry is very easy to start so you have to take it from an easy to start basic business to a complex multi figure automotive business and paint corrections, ceramic coatings and ppf is how you do that.Also I use word of mouth just because its something every business has especially if you do good work.The more your biz grows the more word of mouth grows,which is like bonus free marketing.(Also quick tip- most of your competition probably is just mostly word of mouth so if you focus on reviews and marketing you can quickly surpass them!) But meta ads for ceramic coatings are huge.Ive gotten people to pay me money to ceramic coat there vehicle and they might not have even known what a coating weas before my ad.So let that sink in.
      2.So with SEO I advertise everything on my website, which is basic detailing ,coatings and corrections.WIth meta ads I just do coatings, mainly cause I'm trying to do as many coatings a month to make the most money and expand farther from a basic start up detailing biz.The reason why I still do detailing is because since I don't have a shop yet I wouldn't say my business is suited to only professionally perform coatings.My cost per lead is around $5.50 for meta ads.
      3.Ok so with this question, I am not going to start doing interiors until I have a shop because I am leaving money on the table.As of right now I hate doing dirty interiors that's why I advertise for coatings.But here is the key you want to upsell interiors to your ceramic coating clients.This is because your coating clients probably have nicer vehicles that they care about simply because there getting it coated.So with interiors on there cars your doing more interiors that are already clean and rather then selling a clean interior your selling a more protected, conditioned interior etc.So until I get a shop I wont do just exteriors but just exteriors are good because you want that automotive business I talked about.The one that doesn't clean cars but modify and protects higher end vehicles.Which is ppf, corrections, wrapping and coating.
      4.On a fully booked week its about 60 hours or so.That's what it says on Urable, my CRM.Which if you want a crm for detailing get one made for detailing like Urable.But it really averages all around about 60 hours, that isn't super accurate.
      Thanks for asking these amazing questions, it reminds me how much I learned about this industry in such a quick amount of time.1 year ago I wouldn't be able to answer any of these questions.Also I wrote so much cause I want to stress that you can become a millionaire with detailing and I say that because in the beginning I laughed and though I can never make it washing cars.With detailing you just have to take advantage of how easy it is to start and quickly start aiming towards creating the automotive business I talked about.Hope all of this helps you and many others!

      @ Appreciate you, I definitely see the potential long term for exponential growth. I wish you success on your business! If you’ve been this successful in 6 months, imagine where you’ll be in a few years. The thing I see with a lot of detailers is once they get some customers and start making a living, they start to settle. Which is fine for the average person. But we’re not average. We strive to be the best. We strive to be at the top. The way to grow in business is to always improve and keep moving forward. Don’t get complacent. Keep grinding and keep growing brother! See you at the top!

    That's an amazing looking mobile set up. Very professional looking. Here's a thought: You are handy with tools since you worked in carpentry for a year. You did an amazing job setting up that SUV with the equipment set up design. Love the fact you painted everything to match too! And you wear the shirt and make yourself and your vehicle look very professional. Have you ever thought about expanding your business into installing these professional set ups in other people's vehicles? I think you could make some money doing that type of professional installation for other detailing start up businesses. Another area that is lacking around the USA are general contractors that understand DETAILING. You could use your knowledge of detailing and your background in carpentry to again, expand into installing wall mounted pressure washer systems, wall mounted vacuums, wall mounted racks and equipment, etc. There are a LOT of people out there that would pay a reputable contractor to do their installations for them, especially a professional installation, by a contractor that understands detailing enthusiasts wants and needs. Especially more wealthy people that are willing to pay for those types of installations. And new detailing start-ups who might be doing their business out of their garage or even enthusiasts who just want a really nice set up in their garage. Something for you to think about. You could probably charge a decent amount of money too for the installation and then have the client buy all the products they want and have you do the installation and set up. Heck, after a while you could do the same thing as Obsessed Garage does, and offer various pre-designed set ups using the various levels of pressure washers, vacuums, dryers, shelving, cabinets, etc. Some people might want to have a basic set up using Husky cabinets and an Active pressure washer, while others may want the top of the line shelving, cabinets, and pressure washer system with DI water, and all the bells and whistles. The possibilities is endless on the levels you could do, even in the mobile set ups. Charge appropriately for your labor and that could turn into a side business for you.

But as of right now I already have so much on my plate and am even working on an e-com product.I wish I had time to do it all, I just don't sadly.I will keep it in my head for the future though.Thanks again!

    Got some more questions for you brother!
    1. How did you build your website? Did you do it yourself or did you pay someone? What software was it on? Wordpress?
    2. Do you run everything from the SEO to the Ads to the Front/Backend stuff or do you have a team that helps you? I know you are looking to scale so I know having a good team is definitely important.
    3. I know you focus on Ceramic Coating clients and you use Meta Ads to target them, but have you ever tried Google Ads? What are your thoughts on Google Ads vs Meta Ads for high ticket jobs?

    • @VincentCaruso-l1z
      @VincentCaruso-l1z  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      So I payed someone to make my website, out sourcing is key!
      Also yes it was on Wordpress, Wordpress is the best by far.
      I pay someone to do my SEO and all of my marketing.Its all out sourced!Having a good team is important and you must focus on marketing.Then build systems to support lead flow.
      I’ve actually never tried google ads,I will in the future.I just like meta ads more because I can focus on getting ceramic coating clients.Also I have prob ceramic coated someone’s car who was never interested.So I make people interested with meta ads, even tho there cold it’s not always the worst.With google tho u may not do that but at least there warm and easy to close.Both good if ran right !
      Dm me on ig vincentcaruso_ and I can go more in depth for u and use the voice talking feature. I can only type so much. I can talk for days about this stuff. 😂

    Bro said he makes 20k a month but still details in a personal driver.
    Dude says he wears polos to be professional and attract clients but wears Nike sweat pants and a backwards hat with it.
    Dude says he’s doing ceramic coatings in 1.5 hrs. No way it’s properly done.
    On the plus side; your quality of video production and tools is awesome, and I bet you’ll have a lot of success on TH-cam bro. Just don’t word blab to much 🤣

      I’m getting a Van this month, yes I make 20k + per month and detail out of my personal vehicle.But I achieved this goal in less than 6 months during the heat of summer.I had no time whatsoever to get and build out a Van, so yes I detail out of my personal vehicle but only for 1 more month.
      Also I am just filming a TH-cam video, I wore the Nike pants and backwards hat because on TH-cam I want to show people my true self.Although when I’m on a job I wear the hat forward and khaki shorts
      Also on my Facebook and Ig ads I target people with newer, higher end vehicles so they don’t need paint correction, so yes with me and another guy I do a coating on a sedan in less than 1.5 hrs.If the car needs it paint correction I charge more and take a way longer time on the vehicle.
      Thanks for the helpful criticism it helps me grow ❤
