This is really basic, have you ever tried using TWRP to unlock the bootloader and install a custom os or a previous android version? Flashing the current system OS and firmware will remove the privilages that mkopa has.....assuming you have unlocked the device bootloader in the first place on the settings menu(developer setting).

So after all that process,the apps that i downloaded from playstore will they disapear or will remain
They will desapear because you are removing everything from the device. I would advice you to backup everything before trying te process

How did the device connect to the net. Also, you didnt proof that the phone was on hire purchase. And if an android device was being used, it will always requre the password for the google account the owner was using it with.
I will create a seperate video on how connect when the phone is locked if you did not get tha.The phone was Already Locked,which means is a high purchase phone.But thank you for the feedback.I will be improving my explanation in the next videos.
