@LydiaNgurili after the process when the lock comes just remove the sd card/sim card slot then insert it again . It will show a black screen then it will open
@LydiaNgurili it stay for like 4 days without requesting then it request again . So you have to wait until it locks itself then you do that. And some times when it refuses to open you can use temporary unlock and use the apps that you have saved on the sd card like tik tok and facebook watch videos for some minutes over there so that data can enter inside them . Once done and it gets locked now open the sim card slot and return it will open
