      I don't think WD-40 will be useful because the shoe liners are Plastic...

    Can you share door opening from outside ie from floor landing, sometimes car door doesn't open, electrical supply is to switch off? for opening?

      Once one passanger was trapped inside the lift at just 1ft below the floor level, power supply was ON
      As usual practice we opened the floor door with the key, but inside ie car door could not be opened, so the person trapped inside the lift applied his pressure to open it, unfortunately the lift belt broke out, so i was just wondering that how could that happened, why the inside door wasnt opening, do we need to shut down the power supply before opening? Or what gone wrong in opening?
      Pls advice

      I think in this case, the cabin "skid" was already passed passed the rollers that enable the landing door to open. So to open the cabin door for the passenger to get out, one had to go on top of the car and turn off the "car door drive" instead of using force which lead to breaking of the "door drive belt".
      I'll make a video and explain this to you in more detail....
