Love all this intimate photography you're doing. Really great way to escape and not worry about glory light

Nothing like Chinese Sasquatch eggs and boiled piss tea! Love the images of the rock patterns.

I really enjoy these "close up" videos. Living in north Texas, it's pretty much what we do if it's not spring or autumn.

Have often shoot in harch light in the wood. It have some benefits, you expose for the highlight and get a faster shutter, lower ISO. The funny about white light are when it become lesser exposed, colors start to appear in the highlights. I rarely shoot in cloudy days now, lots of light give drama of light and shadows. So much to play with and gets enough exposures.

I've heard of women's cycles syncing up over time, but photographer's compositions is certainly a new twist! Nice images. Were those bristlecone pine cones? Didn't know they were in low altitudes. I was in 116 degrees in the Mojave Desert yesterday taking images, so not much sympathy for being hot from me ;-) Safe travels. More please.

No, I don't believe that we get Bristcones here.

I shot in some harsh light today. Had my Lastolite with me, basically turned the sun into a giant soft box.

Can I recommend, if you can, get yourselves to the Oregon/California border on the coast? - miles of beaches, headlands. If you go inland you hit the "Land of the Giants" - redwood forests. It is one of my favorite areas to photograph and an easy camping area. Just going south on the Pacific Coast Highway, no matter the season, you're light will change. I think you'd love it. Do not miss the many Oregon breweries - decent stout.

@@QuietLightPhoto Adam, I mean those horrible engravings on the rocks - the RAW file at 8.18 - I hate when people want to leave a sign in nature, as well as engravings on the trees.
That's not your fault, naturally, but such things move my nervous system. I think you did right to show the writings just to remind how bad some people could be. Ciao!
