Thank you for such an informative video. I have a note 4 and many of the features of the s pen are the same as the note 5. However this video helped me to determine if I should try and purchase the note 5. Sadly the software is different on the background settings. It has less to chose from. I will now wait for the note 9 if it comes out. I enjoy my note 4. It isn't until now that I'm enthused more about the pen. Thanks again.

One question I find unanswered here and in other tutorials is why there is no handwriting recognition in the Action Memos and S-Notes, themselves. We get it in email and messaging, but no handwriting to text where we are most frequently taking notes. It would be nice to see handwriting to text within these apps....

your good i have the Samsung note four s-pen and i found out some things that didn't mention, but you're really good . i got rid of Flipboard which is annoying Barry shulman. Your the best sakitech because other reviews by other people are not good.

great video... glenolden /collingdale , Pennsylvania? i have every single note released . by far the note two was the best until this came out in my own personal opinion. i miss the s-pen feature where one could click the button and change presets. and im trying to figure out how to write with the s-pen with out the actual place to write . know what im talking about? there was a way you could turn off the space to write and you could write anywhere on the screen and it would input in the place you wanted.

Hi, very well done video. I don't have this phone, but am considering getting it. You never addressed what Save to Scrapbook meant, though.
do you need to apply much pressure for s pen to be recognised by the phone or our is feather smooth? note 3 and neo versions had much pressure requirement which was cumbersome
Hey Sakitech, Finally I have been able to find this tutorial on the gal note S pen.
Just a thought. please let us know when you are clicking the side button when you are using the pen, for me I would like to know this way I dont lose something I need. Also I like using the pen and making notes but I have tried again and cannot for the life of me figure out how to rename them. can you please help me.

Great Video! Isn't the pen on Note 5 Pressure Sensitive...the harder you press, the thicker the line?
Thank you. I don't ever think I got the full value out of my Note 3, Now that I have the Note 5 I'm going to use the S-Pen features more.
on the other Notes u could take an image and outline crop it. Take multiple pics and layer then into a single pic. I can find that option to do it. It was my favorite part of having the S pen. I hope im just overlooking something

Great tutorial. One question: How do I bring up the floating Air Command icon if the S Pen is already out of the holder?
Normally I have the screen on before I pull the pen out. But, if I pull the pen out first, then turn on the screen, I don't get the Air Command icon. The only way I know is to re-insert the pen and pull it out again. Is there a better way? Thanks.

Great video. I think Samsung should have put neon colors for the note taking when screen is off, that would of been even better because sometimes when I'm taking a quick note, the sun hitting my screen it's hard to see what I'm writing since the color is only white.
