One on the outside when you reach in the box and there's another one really far in there so there's two little air filters round ones that are in your spica air box
If you look really close there's a little black post behind the glass with a needle rest on the speedometer. That's why it never goes below 5 mph it can't. 9.5 is just the starting point and you can loosen the bottom of that solenoid you were talking about the cold start solenoid with a channel lock. Type of pliers. You'll have to pull out your spark plugs and see if they're white or if they're black on the tips of the spark plug if that if it's reading White then you're too lean and you have to turn the cold start so annoyed to the left to rich in it and you have to turn it to the right if you need to lean it out which means less fuel more air. And if you haven't already done so check inside your airbox there's two air filters in that box the first one you pull out and then you have to reach a little further and there's another one in there make sure they're both nice and clean not old decrepit and freaking been in there since the car was made. If you need new filters put them in make sure you're getting air if it's too much fuel your spark plugs will be black if it's not enough air and you're getting way too much fuel just spark plug tips will be black if they're a light brown color that's what you want and you don't want white white means you're getting a ton of air and not enough fuel and too much air and not enough fuel cause your spark plugs to just freaking melt and your engine will overheat all the damn time.
Your battery light will turn on when the rpm’s are low. That is why yours turned on. My car always takes3 times to start it. Pretty common with these cars.Fun cars but quirky.
The atmospheric pressure sensor on these cars needs to be replaced more than likely, I bought a new one... There is a lot of adjustment on that unit..,
