Enjoy the Sinulog 2024 Grand Parade with Tribu Kamanting of Dinagat Islands. The Sinulog Festival is a religious tradition in Cebu, which traces its origins to the Feast of the Sto. Niño. It’s held every third Sunday of January to celebrate the birth of Catholicism in the Philippines. Santo Niño (Child Jesus) was said to be a gift from the Portuguese born explorer Ferdinand Magellan, under the rule of Spain to Queen Juana, wife of local chieftain Rajah Humabon in 1521.
