The Pro Se just needs the steps broken down as
    it can seem overwhelming.
    Your channel helps so much.
A step by step w/ explanations (Definitions) as to the
    main points/steps.
I attended a case just a couple of weeks ago where
the judge actually picked names out of a hat to make
her DECISION on a point during court.
She rushed the litigants, had her head in her hands
like she was so bored and stated she wanted a
"yes or no" answer- giving no room for context
to be given. THIS is one reason you should go
PRO SE, in a Court of Record in a COMMON LAW court.
because then the judge is only a magistrate and YOU
    are the Judge.

Thank you for your service! I need assistance! I’m being denied my right to be heard in court, even for basic defenses like a failure to state a claim, such as not specifying that I am a Black woman during the alleged violation. Work place harassment kept me in that situation for 2 years not weeks contractually stated. I’m at Supreme Court and have little faith but I plan to take this to media…

Go to the law library in your city and use Lexis Nexis to find a case like yours and use that for a template. 😊

Here is the link to a resource that would be usedful to you in representing yourself. It's entitled" Representing Yourself in Federal District Court: A Handbook for Pro Se Litigants.
      file:///C:/Users/User/OneDrive/Documents/Civil%20Rights/Research/Pro-Se-Handbook-APPROVED-v2019-2.pdf)
Also, each jurisdiction has its Pro Se Handbook. Best.

Hi I like your podcast. My problem is the stupid and unprofessional defense lawyers who stall the litigation process just because they can. They should be fined for unprofessional behaviour

I encourage clients to communicate with their lawyer and express their concerns. Get a clear understanding of the events taking place, to ensure that any complaint against the lawyer would be warranted.

I appreciate your podcast so much. I wish l could ask you a question through pm. I am on Facebook if it’s possible. I am involved in several projects se lawsuits. I can’t afford to hire an attorney. I actually believe l am better at representing myself because l know the truth but l have found that the courts have treated me unfairly. Pro se is very time consuming and that is my biggest obstacle but l am doing it

The Court has held that the Sixth Amendment, in addition to guaranteeing the right to retained or appointed counsel, also guarantees a defendant the right to represent himself. It is a right the defendant must adopt knowingly and intelligently; under some circumstances the trial judge may deny the authority to exercise it, as when the (judge deems that the) defendant simply lacks the competence to make a knowing or intelligent waiver of counsel or when his self-representation is so disruptive of orderly procedures that the judge may curtail it.

I found out that l received child support (all through the years l thought my ex never paid). I found out 2 months ago that the money was stolen and it must have been an inside job. I wish l could ask you questions about it. I believe tit must be a corrupt system and l wonder how many other people they have done this to? I am told l have to ask permission to sue the government. Child support is a government organization. How do l ask permission? After reading information about the child support that was available in the records department (some was marked sensitive) l realized there are court trustees and judges and an attorney involved.
