@@tatertot64 I personally think they play on the anticipation part of triggers, with it being something out of the ordinary or even fictional, we switch subconscious modes to anticipate the changes and that was my favorite thing about Heather feather's older videos, she played with anticipation, but didn't do these AMAZING strange situations like our wonderful content creator here or dr t asmr does as well.
