@YaBoyRoshi Peep how in komari’s last two phrases she didn’t stutter once, I think that shows she’s fully accepted Nakumizu as her friend…he no longer is a stranger to her. She’s completely at ease around him now.
My favorite thing in Rom-Com/SoL anime is when the animation goes hard for no reason at all. The scene with with the bottle cap dropping had more frames then all of ToG S2.
love this show's animation. almost movie level if not already yet, it never dropped quality throughout the whole season. I mean even oshi no ko's quality fluctuated in some episodes but this stayed consistent to the end. W studio
@@DIGITALGH05T We need representation lol. I am the exact same. I have no issue with public speaking, asking for help, making friends and other things. I just like being alone.
Nukumizu just wanted to share the burden with Komari because he knew she was clearly struggling with the presentation. However, Komari refused to share it, believing that everyone in the Literature Club, including Nukumizu, would eventually abandon her once they found something they were passionate about. This is why she's been trying so hard to be the president, even though she never really wanted the role in the first place. In her conversation with Nukumizu, she didn’t say she wanted to do it; instead, she said she had to do it. No amount of encouragement would change her mind because what she truly wanted was for someone to save her from this burden. But since she believed no one was there for her, she kept pushing herself to do everything alone. Nukumizu didn’t fully understand this. He assumed Komari was just like him-a loner who was fine with being alone-which is why he focused more on the presentation than on her feelings. During the StuCo conference, he decided to play the "bad guy" by taking the position of president from Komari. He thought that by doing so, Komari would stop blaming herself and instead place the blame on him. But Komari wasn’t mad at him for taking the presidency. She was angry because she thought Nukumizu was a spineless coward who took pity on her and would eventually abandon her too. She even said, "If you're all going to abandon me, please stop being nice to me." At that point, Nukumizu finally understood Komari’s feelings. He realized that by taking the presidency, he hadn’t successfully played the bad guy; instead, he had unintentionally given her false hope. This is when Nukumizu made up his mind and assured her that he would never leave her. That is what "taking responsibility" truly means in this context-taking responsibility for Komari’s feelings by stepping into the presidency and promising her that he would always be by her side.
Actually a small correction. Komari Didn't WANT to become a president, she thought she HAD to do it because everyone thought she should be the Next president. She Just Admired the President and Loved her, she had no interest in Presidentship. And she thought Nukumizu and Others will just eventually leave the Club as she Knows no one except Komari is Interested in Writing, So she was getting prepared to become alone again and Do everything by herself.
I like the subtlety like before Komari didn't even really see Nuku as a man but by the end of this episode she starts saying "that's the sort of man our new president is" he moved up in the world in her eyes
fun fact, we actually improve more we are complimented and encouraged even when we think we didn't do well, rather than when we receive harsh criticism. I know it sounds like common sense but folk are faster to insult than show support.
I don't think Nukumizu was too far off about them being similar. They had similar character arcs. Nukumizu tried to remove himself from Anna because he was too in his head about what he expected people to say about them being together so much, while Komari got in her head about the expectations of being president and being alone. Though to be fair to Komari, everybody else is a member on paper, but only shows up when they get dragged into something, so I think it was a good assumption
I've been team Lemon if Nuk-kun picks one of the lost maidens to become a love interest, but after this episode, I think Komari is best option after his pseudo confession. I know alot of people are gonna look to Yanami cuz they have the most screentime together, but I really just see them as best friends, especially after their fight.
@@MassiveEffect I love their friend dynamic, and the show has gone out of its way to show that they don't have feels for each other. But it would be typical anime stuff to shoe horn them together.
@@FushigiNoRoxas huh? What do you mean, they've been hitting for episodes now that they or least he may have feelings for yanami?. So no it wouldn't be typical anime shoe horning since there's been little evidence here and there over time, smh.
@@Teraplexor1 I would have agreed in the beginning, but their dynamic has changed to be more of close friends, especially after their "fight". I could still see it happening, but his deeper involvement with Lemon and Komari's arcs make them better pairings IMO.
Nukumizu seems to be like me in some ways, but I do agree he should of let Komari say her lines even if it may ended with embarrassment. Nukumizu didn’t mean to make Komari look bad, it’s just that he never dealt with a super shy, anxious person, afraid of losses, but still wants to try to succeed. On the other hand, Komari should be ok to accept her weaknesses and her current friends can help her succeed more the better.
yeah nuku is wrong for telling her how to feel but komari is a problem thinking she can solve it then and there. some people need to be told it's not the time to change right now
another thing is that how much the term "president" meant to Komari as she's stated earlier in the episode so her calling him her "new president" has extra layer of meaning in their relationship.
Tbh not to offend anyone, but i normally watch this channel only for entertainment, but this is such a detailed and visceral analysis of this anime!! Very great reaction and anime
For someone that having problem speaking up like Komari, believe me that you can change if you keep focusing on improving in that manner. Cause I once like that too, always stuttering when talking, blank mind when in front of everyone and else... What Komari been doing is something you can repeatedly doing, but the most important things to train is to develop your mindset. Train your mind to always be calm when in front of someone, as starter if you are in group presentation, when it's not your turn yet, try to lift your eyes to look confidently to audience. Look their face and dont try to run from doing it. Little by little if you keep doing it, that confidence will just seep into your vein, you will 'realised' the audiences in front is just human too no matter their position. That's little tips to start with... lol
Yeah I heard about this. I'm kinda nervous cause I hope it isn't gonna be like an anime original ending and we don't get a season 2. There's enough volumes of the light novel for at least one more season (if it's 12 episodes)
Well guys the summer lineup is just about over and Makeine is the absolute underdog this season. Only ONK has topped it, Wistoria’s been crazy so that rounds up top 3 🗿
