    Rockets defense is their offense to be honest. I hate all the 3 point chucking . We don’t a superstar but our defense is our superstar. That’s what creates so much of our points . If you got a great defense you will always be a contender.

    These Jalen Green videos is getting old now. Make Videos about Fred going 1-14. No one is consistent on the team.

    JG just needs to be more aggressive to the basket. When he uses that speed he's hard to stop. Maybe getting some more muscle might help. But we should definitely keep him he's young with a bright future 🚀

    Pretty good video. A couple of things.
    Do not trade Green. I want to give him until the end of the year to see if he fully figures it out. The flashes have been there and he's been great defensively. I would hesitate on messing with the chemistry between the core guys.
    Sengun, has been GREAT on defense. You saying he's not that bad is really selling him short. Strangely he hasn't been taking mid range shots that he ate off of last year and he's missing bunnies at the rim. I think that will get better by the second half of the season.
    Jabari - his numbers are average because he struggled to start the year. He's been money for about 20 games now. I love his progression and only wish he would get more plays run for him.
    Team is loaded. You didn't even cover Cam Whitmore. And low key, Amen may end up being the best of them.

    • @Judarod1-s4c
      @Judarod1-s4c 19 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      That whole paragraph about Sengun is just ridiculously, false. You said he miss bunnies around the rim like he will clean that up as if it's no big deal.
      Umm...Sengun been missing bunnies like that since he got to the NBA. It's apart of his game. He miss in bunches! He is NOT a great scorer. He has no natural touch for offense. He even miss lay-ups alot.
      Most of our offensive deficits during the game is DUE TO SENGUN missing too much and losing us possessions due to turnovers, bad shots, steals and stripes.
      He's becoming a black-hole on offense as he stop the ball and force guys to stand around the perimeter which "sleeps" the offense and cause guys to go into shooting slumps like you see with FVV/Green/D.Brook.
      It's due to Sengun and the offense going through him. As long as he's at the helm, the Rockets will have serious difficulties winning at the highest level. You can't win with the offense going thru Sengun.
      I bet you, also, if Sengun was on any other Western Conference team, he'd be coming off the bench. Not a starter.

      There’s no reason to trade Green at all. I think he’s doing fine. People are focused on all the wrong things. Green is actually a good defender now. His splits are bad but not the worst on the team. All of the guards shoot bad percentages because the Rockets offense depends too much on self creation from the guard spot. The Rockets only need to get a little more efficient to be a true contender and their worst culprit is being paid $40M+ a year. Replace Fred and this offense will significantly improve. It will help Jalen as well because either you get a better floor spacer so Jalen can drive more or you get another 3-level scorer so Jalen can take better shots. His efficiency has dipped a but his defense has improved drastically since his rookie season. That’s why I actually prefer him to someone like Devin Booker who’s no longer efficient either but is also a horrible defender.

    A lot of the Rockets struggles on offense comes from the starting backcourt. Both Fred and Jalen are top 20 in total 3pt attempts this season, yet both are at the bottom of the league in percentages.
    Also our team generates no assist, currently sitting 29th thus far. Fred's assist dropped this year and Jalen averages only 2 assist and even more turnovers.
    We are not contenders until they both play better or a trade is made for a dynamic guard.

    Right now theres no one thats goong to be an extreme benefit over JG except SGA, and theres no chance at landing SGA. So right now I say keep Jalen not because hes great or going to be great but because theres really no one thats 25 years old or younger that can provide exponential improvement over JG.
    Ive exhausted all the stats and numbers and the only players that come even close to superstar numbers eventually are Antman and SGA. Everyone wants Fox. Hes good and hell be an improvement, but he will not be a superstar upgrade. We'll have to give up Cam, or Bari, or Tari and JG to get him along with picks bench players and possibly cash. Essentially rhe only two players worth giving up bari, tari or cam for would be SGA or Antman.
    So bottom line I say let Green ride. See if he can improve to a PER of at least 19.0 with 5.0-10.0 win shares and good box plus minus with solid VORP.

      We are betting on Suns downfall. We got their picks with Nets exchange. I mean when KD is not there, they look like lost on the court literally. It could come sooner or later. His age, injuries all the stuff. If they do, we have their pick and we wait for Book to be avaliable. Only problem is Beal's contract. As long as he is there, they try to built someting competetive. Fox other option people are talking but honestly when we get him, our 3 points problem stay the same way athought he is getting better at that. This deadline we should add shooter to the team with second rounds picks and expiring contract like Landale and Tate which will be fair for Tate he was in here for dark times, now he is not having minutes. Hold on to first rounders to try to get that big name summer or next year and let young guys grow throught this year and get their first playoff experience.

    Good video bro! We like Jalen. It’s people that want him to score 20+ a night… Ime’s offense is not singular for one person to be the most dominant. Ime’s main focus his defense. His offense is based on who’s hot that night, and with these young guys anybody can hot any night.
    For me personally, I would like Foxx for VanFleet, get younger guard play.

    • @Judarod1-s4c
      @Judarod1-s4c 19 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      His offense is NOT based on whose hot because his main two PGs in FVV and Amen are extremely anti-hot hands.
      If Green catch on fire, Amen will pour cold water on him by taking away open looks for Green. He would do the same thing against Cam too if he catch on fire.
      Amen is a selfish PG.
      And FVV is really the one that can set everyone up. I've seen him dole out 7 to 10 ast in a string of games, back-to-back, and then, out of the blue, he just stop and focus on himself and Alpi, only.
      I've seen him ignore J.Green wide open for a 3 on a fast break. I've seem him totally dismiss Cam wide open too.
      These guys have plm passing the ball to the more athelic players that have a better chance to score the ball than our non-athelic players.

    They are not legit contenders. I'm a life long Rockets fan and I can admit it. They have no shot to win 4 playoff series. They need their SGA, Ant or shit even Jimmy then maybe. With Jalen playing that role zero chance of beating OKC, Dal or any of the elite teams really.

    We are a good team but can not make a legitimate title challenge until we get a good guards. Fvv brings intangibles and a steadiness but nothing special. Jalen is completely useless. Next season once we trade for a true SG who can shoot tonpair with Amen then we are a real threat.

    everybody is looking at his stats but they never give props to green for accepting being the 2nd option or sometimes 3rd option in scoring even though he is the 2nd overall pick.

      JG is a good guy as long as we know from outside. In interview he said Alpi like Jokic maybe I can become Murray type for him etc. But people in Rockets community most of the time says Alpi is our base, JG is our ceiling. And honestly year 4 and we still don't know what to expect from night to night. I believe he is ok off-ball but maybe because of his AUU days or G-League days he try to be that guy time to time. Dribble a lot, passing is also not there for a guy having the most usage in a team. If next year he'll be here, he should lean back little bit leave space for guys like Amen,Bari and Tari. But that brings us the his contract sitution. He'll get 33 mil or something next year. Same as Alpi which I believe biggest mistake of FO do so far. So I'm not sure how they handle this stuff. At one point we need better backcourt than this. Fvv regressed badly and JG is not getting there.

    Rockets Are NOT Contenders Their Mid Level At Best, They Don’t Have The Offense To Contend Unless They Make A Move Before The Deadline For A Shooter Like Cameron Johnson Or De’Aaron Fox. They are Sitting #2 In West Cuz Of An Easy Schedule By End Of The Season They Will Be A Play In Team

      You was right until the end , they are not a play in team , they might not be top3 , but the defense is real , and offensively they just have to be consistent with hitting shots , which they can do , they just can’t shoot they can score , I’ve watched my squad struggle for 3 years this is the best product we’ve seen since 2018- 2020… they can single handily beat teams defensively , they choke them out , not to many have offenses like okc and golden state , ball movement and player movement which they struggle to contain but they can do it cause they beat both teams , but most teams play iso , drive and kick ball which they rockets can stop , they are dangerous , this is not a play in team
