I think the idiom you're looking for in English is "on the fly" We use "on the fly" for when we do something without planning it. For example, I have taken tests before "on the fly" because I didn't study beforehand (if you're in college/school, please do not take tests on the fly, STUDY!!!).

Glad it put your mind at ease! Yeah I struggle with trying to make things perfect too, but by now kind of learned to accept not all will be perfect, but it does get better with every time I create a new setup.

The Grid Guide page is definitely something I'll be adding to my Bullet Journal. I manually count the squares on each page every time! @@perceusskywalker I did my first one a few years ago on the right side and it was a pain. I thought I'd just mention it, even though Masha did it on the left. If you are newish to journalling you might not have known it would be easier to refer to on that side.
Do you set up all your months in advance? And how many pages to allow yourself for each spread? For example; Books I have read. What if I need 5 pages but I am not sure if that will be enough. How do you handle this?
No I don't set pages in advance, I set as I go. And if you run out of pages you can just continue the collection on your next free page, simply note it in your index 😊
I enjoyed this video! I have one question... Why did you use the bullet point on the Mildliners to fill the big color spaces instead of the big tip? Just curious. =) Love your self review page especially! I think I'll try something similar this year. =D

Grid pages are superb. I’d suggest doing it on the left hand side as it’s easier to refer to.
