Watercoloring an Embossing Folder + NEW Simon Says Stamp Release!

One of my favorite ways to work with embossing folders is to color them-and using watercolors allows you to get a truly beautiful look very easily. I am using a brand new 3D embossing folder from Simon Says Stamp called Chelsea Floral (part of their Celebrate collection that was just released).
